My family and I had the most wonderful stay at the River View barn. The barn was lovely and so peaceful with a beautiful view. We had such a great time and would recommend this to everyone.

Beautiful property, peaceful, calm and clean. Garden was a lovely bonus.

Lovely self contained space. Bijou but has everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

This was our second time at The Stable and it didn’t disappoint. Clean, very comfortable and some luxurious touches. Great area for things to do, right by the sea but still peaceful and relaxing.

Sophie is a lovely host, she had left a lovely welcome package for our arrival.

I was here for work and the area was fantastic. Great place to walk my dog in the morning and evenings. Fantastic facilities like gym and coffee shop. Would happily stay again even if not for work.

I cannot recommend The Granary highly enough. Becky and Joe responded immediately to any questions. They were extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. The countryside and villages around Groton were stunning in the spring sunshine. The house itself was spotless and tastefully appointed, with lots of beautiful touches, such as fresh flowers. The house contained everything you may need. Beds were large and really comfortable with beautiful bed linen. A lovely hamper awaited our arrival containing freshly baked bread and scones. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Was here for the Easter weekend and it was absolutely lovely. Katie showed us around and was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again, an absolutely beautiful place to stay

We booked the barn for a second Christmas Day with my daughters and their boyfriends as we live in the midlands and they are in Essex. I had asked Sharon if she could leave the Christmas decorations up for our stay, she did and they were outstanding, we cooked a full Christmas dinner and had all of the cutlery and crockery we needed, the bedrooms were amazing, thanks Sharon you made our second Christmas Day very special.

We had a fabulous stay at the cider barn. Amazing location and a unique, beautiful little home. We came for a walking trip. There are so many footpaths all around. We also found the garden was totally enclosed, which was great for the dog. Would 100% recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay here. It was a perfect mini getaway from the city. Sarah was a great host, responsive and very helpful. The place itself is great, very clean and has everything you need. Plus their friendly dogs were a bonus! Would highly recommend

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. Had a lovely weekend stay. Dogs enjoyed the biscuits, very helpful with extra towels for cleaning their feet. Loved the apartment. Reminded me of my loft at parents house. Little treats. Grapes and bread yummy. Bathroom was lovely Everything we needed including deer in field Truly enjoyed our time thank you

We had a lovely stay at Fred's. The house was tucked away in a quiet yet central location, and had everything we needed. The converted stables were beautifully done, and it has calming decor so that we felt relaxed after a day of being out and about. There were fantastic friends nearby for the dog too!

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 adjoined cottages as it gave extra space and privacy too. The games room is inspired - a refuge for older children or adults with table tennis, table football, a radio and outdoor games but an independent goal for our toddlers too with gocarts and balls. Walking routes from the door meant no travelling by car for us so we'll have to visit again to see some of the many sights we've yet to visit! There are quite a lot of stairs between all the cottages which the children loved but put their parents on guard! The views the hillside afforded though were magnificent. And the animals on the working farm were a source of delight. Well equipped, Kate was on hand should we have any queries.

Jenny is a great host and the place was superb in every respect. It was very cold weather but the place, even with high ceilings, was toasty warm to return to. The milk in the fridge and delicious homemade cake upon arrival was a nice touch. The location is peaceful and yet very close to the airport, you would never know. Our little girls loved the pigs and sheep.

We had a lovely stay. Nice and spacious with everything we needed. Lots of seating when family came over. Alice was quick to respond when needed. The baby loved running up and down and seeing the chickens. Would love to come back in summer when the weathers better to explore more

An absolute gem in the countryside surrounded by picturesque walks and wildlife. Ideal for a family with lots of room and toys/equipment for kids. Some nice local walks and villages/pubs nearby. Planning to return with the kids 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Chapel Cottage for my Dad’s 60th as a group of 7 plus a baby and a dog. The house exceeded our expectations by far. We had the lovely surprise of turning up to a bottle of Prosecco, juice and some biscuits. It was in a beautiful setting and we couldn’t get over how many peacocks there were roaming the grounds. The hot tub was a lovely addition and we had enough sun that we could enjoy lunch on the courtyard. Bedrooms were a good size and super comfy beds. Would absolutely return in the future.

The Don Barn was such a great choice for my 5 day get away from work. Weather was beautiful which made the stay even better but the house was exactly the cosy, cool and unique little cottage I was after. Great dog walks right on the door step and a local not too far away through the fields. Took the car out a few times to visit some of the neighbouring villages like Lavenham to see The Crooked House and Hadleigh to visit Frankie’s Studio and other cute boutiques. Fantastic stay! Thank you for such lovely and welcoming host’s. Appreciate you sharing your home and being dog friendly.
