Disfruta de una experiencia en este céntrico alojamiento junto al mar, muy cómodo y con fácil acceso a servicios públicos. Ubicado a 40 metros del paseo marítimos y la playa. Primera planta con ascensor y vistas a la avenida principal y plaza De la Iglesia. Ideal para dos adultos y un menor (para tres adultos les puede parecer muy justo) Amplio ambiente, con cocina totalmente equipada, una cama doble y un sofacama. Aire acondicionado y calefacción. WI-FI. Parking privado a 400metros.

Esto amplio y luminoso estudio de 60m2 dispone de cama doble extragrande, sofá cama doble, terraza amueblada, cocina americana y baño privado. Además, entre su equipamiento, la conexión wifi gratuita, caja fuerte electrónica gratuita, tocador y todos los detalles de la zona de cocina con vajilla, microondas, frigorífico, vitrocerámica y campana extractora. El apartamento se encuentra en un nuevo hotel de 4 estrellas de Puerto Banús. El estudio fue parcialmente renovado en el Marzo 2025.

Casa with Pool and great View

A very complete village house with a special style, plus a garage and a pool. The two terraces have wonderful views and bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. Shops and village restaurants are close by and the Mediterranean coast is 30 mins. Sleeps 6. Gaucin is one of the most beautiful white villages in Andalusia. There are many and very good restaurants and bars. Many artists live there. Once a year there is ART Gaucin, a week of open studios and galleries.

Fantástico apartamento en urbanización privada con piscinas en primera línea de mar. Acceso directo a la Senda Litoral y próximo a campos de golf. Servicios a 5 min a pie: transporte público, restaurantes, farmacia, supermercado. Te va a encantar Algaida Suite por su tranquilidad, su ubicación y por su decoración acogedora y moderna. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, familias con niños, nómadas digitales y aficionados al golf.
