Consta de planta baja con jardín, porche, cocina-comedor abierta a salón y un pequeño aseo. En la planta superior hay baño grande con ducha, y 3 habitaciones hermosas, de una de ellas se accede al caserio, pero el acceso principal es por la planta baja.
