A 10 minutes à pied de la gare du midi, à 200 mètres d'une station de tram, vous êtes au parfait endroit pour visiter la ville toute entière. Quartier branché et animé, vous trouverez des bars et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. La vue imprenable sur la place et sur le centre de Bruxelles vous laisse appercevoir le clocher de l'hotel de ville.

Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.

Beautiful and luminous suite, completely independent, with two balconies, in a calm and well connected neighbourhood, with a free parking space. Close to Kraainem metro station (10 min walk), bus stations, the airport (15 min ride) and Brussels’ ring and highway network. Also close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, the European School and St-Luc hospital. The city center is easy to reach via metro line 1.
