Space is the lower level of our house. We live upstairs. This space is beautiful, clean, spacious. It has its own entrance. Full-size bathroom with shower & jacuzzi tub. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, Electric skillet, Crockpot. It is one bedroom with a queen size bed. A Portable, full size foam mattress in the living area. Private outside deck with view of woods. private parking spot. Wi-Fi. TV in living area and bedroom.

Eudora-Private apartment on secluded wooded lot

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Quaint and comfortable mid-century home (with a large hot tub) in a woodsy setting. Atop a hill near Mt. Airy forest on the outskirts of Northside with quick easy access to I-74/75. 10 minute (or less) drive to almost anywhere in Cincinnati including downtown, OTR, Cincinnati Zoo, University of Cincinnati, Newport Aquarium, Northern Kentucky etc. For Cincinnati recommendations message me, happy to help you fall in love with my city!
