Sangela and Jason were welcoming and friendly hosts. They were attentive to any requests and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in our stay. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to Portland. The villa is beautiful with excellent views. It had all the comforts of home. AND more!!!! The hosts went above and beyond with their attention to detail here. The site is very safe and secure!!! A perfect location for accessing cook shop/attractions/town (or an ICE CREAM ;). I recommend a visit to Somerset Falls/The Rio Grande/Winifred Beach/Frenchman's cove/Blue Lagoon/and of course Boston Bay Beach and Jerk Center as well as a fish dinner (close by) at Likkle Portie. Endless amounts of Fun things to do, relaxation, and great new friends to be made! Don't hesitate to book this one!!! This is such a lovely place in the hills just near port antonio town. The views are breathtaking and you will see so many different landscapes depending on the weather. The apartment is well fitted, clean and very comfortable. For the first 2 nights there were two of us and for the next 2, it was 4 - we all had plenty of space and were comfortable. The local community are friendly and helpful and there are lots of food options, shops etc within close reach. Jasti and Deme (and their family) are wonderful people - made us feel so at home. You can tell they put love and care into hosting from how the apartment is furnished and things like supplying beach towels. I would say this is more of a vintage jamaica experience, you will hear birds and chickens for example. There are a few steps to climb to access the amazing views, which is well worth it. I 100% recommend and look forward to staying again some day. Thank you for having us.

Leslie and Paulette's homw was great, felt right at home, and they were very friendly and accomodating. The place is quiet, clean and the location is close to the town centre so easy to travel around from there. I would come back again !

Absolutely loved staying at this house! Denise was super responsive and Craig was awesome brining us coconuts, helping cook breakfast and dinner, and showing us around the area. He was great company as well!

My family and I came for a two day stay. Staying here exceed my ourexpectations. the property was truly amazing. The staff (Denny, Keith, and Karen) were awesome and made you feel at home. They answered all of our questions and provided superb service. Denny's cooking was awesome! I also liked the fact that it was a short walk from Frenchman's cove beach and a short drive from Blue Lagoon and Boston beach. This stay was a 11 out of 10 and we will be back again. I highly recommend!

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bird Bliss. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication with the hosts Joy and Shell was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, it’s two minutes away from rafting on the Rio Grande, going west, it’s five minutes from to Somerset Falls and going east it’s eight minutes to the Shan Shy Beach. I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. My overall experience was nothing but amazing. I highly recommend this property when visiting Portland. Thank you Joy and Shell for being super hosts and for such a memorable stay. I will definitely be back

awesome couple of days, just what we needed.

WOW is all i can think of. I’ve been traveling to Portland for three years and typically stay either in port Antonio or by San San and so glad we decided to go more into the community. EXTREMELY close to Boston beach, great huts and winfred beach super local experience the home is BEAUTIFUL, modern, spacious and secure. Verandas on both the front and back ample space to park. Rooftop views GORGEOUS. Kitchen was my second fave to the rooftop. Literally want to buy a home just like this in the community. Will stay here any chance i get ! Noels family was very kind to us as well.

Michelle was extremely communicative and helpful. She even helped us facilitate ordering dinner for pick up on our drive to the property from the airport, as it took us longer than expected. Jacqui the property manager gave us great local recommendations and Deenwright and Patrice were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The kids enjoyed the pool and backyard amenities and the space was very private. The location was great as we were able to explore Frenchman’s cove, Blue lagoon, Winnifred beach, and Somerset Falls. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a more local experience than a hotel.
