Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

Stunning Waterfront Lake House!

We decided to book a last minute stay with our family and are so grateful we did! Marcelo was very responsive to our questions leading up to the trip. The home was incredibly beautiful and the view was everything! There is something for everyone to enjoy. We saw some awesome wild life while on the deck, on the paddleboard, and in the hot tub. I would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing escape.

Great winter weekend stay in Maine, the house was very cozy and perfect for our group. The location is perfect for access to the ski mountains and the town as well. Overall highly recommend Roman’s place, I’m sure it is just as beautiful in the summer!

This was our third time we've been guests of Jennifer's. Similar to our previous experiences, the space was immaculate, well stocked and beautifully furnished. Before we even got there, Jennifer went out of her way to ensure we could check-in early! Jennifer is very responsive, thoughtful, and super friendly. We even had a small, last-minute request on the day we checked out, and she was able to accommodate us. We brought our boat which we were able to launch at the nearby public launch. We moored our boat on her mooring and were able to park our boat trailer onsite. We were able to easily cook meals in the well thought out and stocked kitchen. We also utilized the outdoor grill and enjoyed the fire pit for smores as a family. Jennifer's home had enough room for my husband and I, as well as our two teenage sons, without feeling on top of each other. The location can't be beat! the website won't let us fit our full gleaming review here but trust us when we say you won't be disappointed!

Had a lovely stay at Kyle's place. Great location for the Kancamagus Highway and surrounding areas. Place was as described, very comfortable. And the lake access, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ were great, we used everything. Elizabeth responded so quickly to any questions and Kyle himself was very friendly when we met him. Lovely place!

Christine’s guest suite is wonderful! Very clean, and decor is perfect. Beautiful view of Lake Thompson (actually in a Cove). Perfect for swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking, or just kicking back at one of the tables outside with a glass of wine or coffee. The area is wooded and good for taking a walk or watching wildlife. The suite it self is a lovely place, very comfortable bed and bedding. Plenty of hot water! Kitchen has everything you need to cook dinner if you choose, make coffee, and a small fridge to store your food or drinks. FYI the driveway is across the road from the house, I misunderstood and parked by house, don’t be me. LOL Christine and her pups were great hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay again if ever in the Oxford area again.

I have been traveling for years and this was my best experience with an airbnb and host. We drove straight from Florida a whopping 26 hours nonstop,and were able to check in as soon as we arrived at like 10:00am, instead of having to wait until 3:00pm. I know we got lucky because it was ready but some hosts would have had us wait regardless.Not Arielle!! I felt like family coming to stay at her home. I can’t say how much that helped us. Her place is immaculate,the linens and blankets are top notch. So many towels for the lake and for showering. Washer and dryer simple to use and detergent provided. I am an over packer and was surprised by how much was provided by Arielle. It was like a hotel.We were in walking distance to so many places. The special little touches for the kids were great(the building block station) kept them occupied while we cooked or just sat and talked. The swing set not pictured was wonderful. I did not want to leave this home, and would definitely return!!

We had a great weekend at Paul & Bonnie’s home. The house looks just like the pictures, the views were amazing, and the kids had a great time sledding. Paul & Bonnie were able to accommodate us with an earlier check in and were responsive and friendly.

My wife and I spent our first year anniversary in this wonderful home. We had a great time enjoying the fall colors and over looking the beautiful pond, especially in the morning as the fog broke. Within 15 minutes there were several grocery shopping options, restaurants, and breweries. Perfect balance of being in a quiet setting but having amenities nearby. Would recommend and hope to go back next autumn!

We stayed at Leas place from Friday to Sunday to celebrate my girlfriend’s 25th birthday with a group of our friends, and it couldn’t have been better. The house was super spacious and easily fit all of us comfortably. It was in a great area, quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed. Everything was clean and exactly as described, and we had zero complaints during our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Julie was fantastic and always responded in minutes to any questions we had. I love their home manual which is so easy to navigate and has answers for everything. The home is super cozy and the large gas fireplace downstairs was a treat on cooler April mornings. The weather wasn't on our side for 1/2 of short stay, but we had a family olympics inside, using their ping pong table, foosball and connect 4 game. We did get out on kayaks one day - lovely lake, larger than you think! tons of hiking nearby too.

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

Another wonderfully relaxing stay! We really enjoyed the new screened in porch for morning coffee, late afternoon snacks, and evening games. The rainy days were just as lovely as the beautiful ones. We enjoyed the cozy gas stove on the cooler days, and we just couldn't have been more delighted by the welcome note and gift upon our arrival.

I had a wonderful 4 night stay at the lake house and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the little getaway. It is beautifully located on the lake and has this huge window in the living room from which you have an amazing view. The house has everything you need, even washing machine and dryer in the basement. I would 100% recommend this unique place! Christine has been super helpful throughout my stay.
