The house features reclaimed wood pieces and local furniture finds alongside mid century modern touches that give it a unique and stylish appearance. The cottage sits on a scenic property at the gateway to the Catskills. Natural Beauty and amenities make this a perfect retreat. Our family including a sweet lab mix live on property across the drive and share the greater yard. Dogs are welcome on approval.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.

Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)
