Beautifully modern farmhouse located in Champion, PA, only minutes from 7 Springs Renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom, this home features 3 bedrooms (master has a king, second has a queen, and third detached bedroom being separate guest suite with queen bed and queen pull out), kitchen with granite and stainless, fireplace, a/c, huge deck. The home is set on 2 very private acres with woods on all sides and a stream running through the back yard. A short drive to the resort.

If you enjoy privacy and pretty scenery this is the place for you. Enjoy nature and the sounds of waterfalls from the elevated deck. This two bedroom house is all by itself with an updated kitchen. Just a short drive to Laurel Caverns, Falling Water and Ohiopyle. There is plenty of firewood on site for campfires. The long driveway is dirt and gravel and rough and you have to ford a small stream. You don’t need a 4 wheel drive but you do need a vehicle with clearance. Pickup or SUV recommended.

Charming home less than a block from the Youghiogheny River, and 2 blocks to GAP trail. Beautiful sunroom, jetted tub, outdoor firepit, and porch with grill. Flight 93 Memorial, Seven Springs, and Frank Lloyd Wright's homes including Falling Water, Dunbar, Kentuck Knob all within 30 minute drive. Ohiopyle's natural treasures, Nemacolin Woodlands and Casino, Mount Davis, and Highpoint lake all await you in less then 20 minutes drive. Yough Lake with beach/picnic areas are about 1 mile.

Relax with the whole family at a peaceful retreat, located in Jockey Hollow. The house has 6 bedrooms (2 king, 3 queen, 1 full and double futon) 3 full bath, and a fully stocked kitchen. The back porch has a grill, screened in dining area, wireless speakers built in, hammock, lounge area, and a full view of the lake. A living room on both levels with games, toys, and movies. Laundry right off the kitchen. Dock has lounge chairs and a ladder for getting in and out of lake easily.

Hike the scenic trails of the GAP. Or just enjoy a game of billiards or cornhole. In the evening relax in the hot tub or sit around the firepit with the family.
