Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

A unique private space, attached to the main house but with a completely separate entrance. A freshly decorated space with ensuite, kitchenette cabinet and an outdoor patio to relax in the sunshine. Access to the laundry behind the garage is available which includes a wash tub, washing machine and fridge. Guests may also use the outdoor bbq. All this is free of charge. We have the perfect spot for resting on your way to or from Wellington. You will stay amongst the fruit trees. The birdlife is great. Our tiny home is on our section 20mtrs from our house. You have your own separate entrance & parking space. we are 5 min north of Otaki, 10 min from Levin & Waikawa Beach . The Manakau Market & The Greenery garden centre are close. We are a family of five and especially in summer we spend a lot of time outside so expect the normal sounds of family life.

Feilding House

The listing price $190 is for 1 room, 2 guests. The entire house is available for the 2 guests to use. If you have others in your party the extra cost is $150 per night per room. No one lives in the house. We don't allow sharing with strangers. Once booked, 1 room or four its all yours to use, just like your own home. We have just added another room with a Queen bed. Access is off the main bedroom separated by a large dressing room.
