Oh my goodness, I’m not sure where to begin on our fabulous stay at Sunnyside Up. This was our first vacation rental and we are not sure that will ever be another that compares. The pictures are a perfect depiction of this great apartment. What is not shown is all of the special attention to details like the wonderful towels (including use of beach towels), every kitchen items you could ever need/want, the great bathroom including dividers in the bathroom vanity, the unbelievable instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Location is perfect and truly walkable. The next time we visit GH we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

I can't say enough good things about the hosts and our stay! The apartment was pristine, honestly one of the cleanest AirBnBs we've ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful and huge, it's even bigger than it appears in the photos. We had everything we needed, and Marie was so very kind. She was very responsive while booking and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is also wonderful, we got takeout and ice cream every day of our stay. We would happily stay again, and plan to book for our next trip to the area.

Amazing space. Very easy to find and the location is within walking distance of everything downtown Grand Rapids has to offer. We’re definitely looking forward to booking this space again in the future!

Arikka's place was beautiful and comfortable. Our check-in was seamless and the place looked just as described. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. The location was also central to our activities. We would select her place again to stay.

Great location for a ski weekend. House has a lot of upgrades and can tell taken care of. fenced in backyard was perfect for our fur friends to play around in and stretch. Will definitely be back.

Honestly, I'm not sure I want to write how good this space is, for fear that it won't be available for me lol. This will be a highly coveted place to getaway and unwind! Estella is clearly prepared to host the most relaxing stay for her guests. It is a simple, well planned build that has just what your soul needs. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings to enjoy with loved ones. The details in design, such as the beautiful natural light, tile wall in the bathroom that is carried into the kitchen, the robes for after an incredible shower or dip in the hot tub, games, and firepit...why even leave? Well, we didn't want to leave. However, The simple 24hrs spent I'm this curated space was enough to inspire another, longer booking. It was a great spot. We loved all the recommendations and amenities. We did had to clean some spider web from the doors and windows but other than that it was good.

Our stay was perfect! Just what we were looking for. The home was cozy, incredibly clean, had everything we needed and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood!

The house was fantastic. Old charming house, comfy beds, very spacious, the proximity to restaurants and things to do was great. Some small pockets of surrounding area was a little run down.

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

Honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! The home was super clean and modern. Unique great art. Thoughtful touches like new(er) board games. Tons of very clear instructions for everything from checking in and out, using Alexa, accessing hot tub on property etc. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Lisa’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway. My wife and I would definitely rebook this place for a future visit. The skybridge to the brewery and other shops was a nice touch and allowed us to get to the Main Street in town with ease.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!
