THE HOUSE ON THE HILL

The house is located in a beautiful hill overlooking the mountain of Cetona and the valley. It has a private garden from which opens the view of the pool (shared with other 4 apartments ) and the park surrounded by a laurel grove and other secular old trees. Inside there is the kitchen, a beautiful living room with exposed beams, walls in typical Tuscan stone and a large fireplace. On the first floor there are 3 rooms and the bathroom with a big shower. E' circondato da un parco di 6 ettari con un uliveto di 300 piante. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

Two bed rooms, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a 85" smart TV, a corner with a desk and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside a stone table, a huge garden, a gazebo, a state of art warmed Jacuzzi (optional if available) a fantastic 6 x 12 infinity pool . All the property is fenced. Pet friendly.

Il fabbricato comprende, al piano terra, la secolare cantina Aziendale, mentre al primo e al secondo piano si trovano due appartamenti destinati ad Agriturismo. Nel verde e a due passi dal paese, la signorile casa padronale dispone di 5 camere. In alta stagione (luglio-agosto) gli affitti vanno da sabato a sabato. Il nostro agriturismo è una finestra sulla val d'orcia, composto da 2 appartamenti con cucina, camera e bagno. Grande giardino attrezzato. Immerso nel silenzio, vicino a Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni e le terme naturali di Bagno San Filippo. Per raggiungerci è molto semplice, l'ultimo km di strada è sterrata ma percorribile da tutti.
