Maximum capacity: 6 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. The photos in the listing may differ slightly from your selected apartment. Cleaning service after 5 days of stay is included. Daily cleaning and change of towels is not included but can be booked for an extra cost. Stag or hen parties or similar parties are strictly forbidden. Children up to 3 years stay for free in existing beds. Older children are considered as adults.

Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

New apartment with private rooftop

Modern apartment with all amenities. Close to the Fira de Barcelona, 15 min by metro/bus from Plaza Cataluña and 15 min by car from the airport. Residential and quiet building located in a family area with a large park in front of the building. The neighbors community has strictly forbidden groups of friends to stay in the apartment, so unfortunately we cannot accept reservations made by groups of friends. This apartment is intended for families, couples or business trips.

located in europa fira, 200 meters away from Fira Gran Via and 1.6km from Plaça Espanya.. The station for buses that go to the airport and back or city area is downstair. 5min walk to carrefour and ikea. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms. Please send me your flight or train arrival time one week before checkin. Let’s me know If the flight has any changes. Send me a message before 30 minuets of your arrive to apartment. Let’s meet at building entrance.
