I booked this property on behalf of my colleague, which very much would recommend the place. The wiev over the lake is amazing, thank you Federico!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Great place to stay near Rome! Very easy access to all Rome has to offer and still being peaceful and private!

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Le logement correspond à la description et se situe à 15 minutes à pieds des jardins de la villa Borghese. Celeste est disponible et accueillante. Elle nous a aidé de résoudre une situation très embetante. Nous recommandons +++

Queda a dos minutos de varias estaciones de bus que es lo más económico y fácil de usar del transporte de Roma, se encuentra un supermercado a 5 minutos Lo súper recomiendo

El piso es muy bonito, tranquilo y puedes disfrutar un poco de naturaleza y aire libre . Daniela y su mamá han sido muy amables y resolutivas. Y el barrio es encantador con un poco de vida y muy gente local. Sin dudas lo recomendamos sobre todo para largas estadías ya que se descansa muy bien .

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

Had one of our six not gotten sick for a day and a half, we would have said this was our ALL TIME BEST vacation choice. Clearly no fault of our hosts that we missed out on a day. We are just grateful that the house was a great place to rest and sit out a day.

Neben dem Whirlpool gab es sogar ein Boxsack zum trainieren und eine PlayStation 3. Als wir angekommen sind hat uns Antonio sogar etwas zum Essen da gelassen und auch einige Getränke, wie Wasser, Bier und sogar Sekt. Kaffee war auch vorhanden. Also wirklich eine super Erfahrung und schöne Unterkunft gewesen!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Salima, qui est une hôte très attentionnée et amicale. Nous recommandons les petits-déjeuners sur la terrasse au soleil, avec les chants des oiseaux. C'est un atout énorme, car le logement est un peu trop petit pour que 4 personnes mangent. L'emplacement dans Rome est excellent, idéal pour les visites ! Nous recommandons !

Heerlijk appartement met mooi terras en gezellige serre. Geweldig geleden in het levendige centrum van Trastevere. Wel heel licht ‘s ochtends doordat er niet alle ramen gordijnen hebben.

Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Dank Andreas hat alles bestens und unkompliziert geklappt. Zusammen mit der tollen Wohnung in hervorragender Lage und dem bombastischen Wetter hatten wir eine herrliche Zeit in Rom. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s apartment. It was very spacious. The rooftop patio is so nice with beautiful sunset views including the Colosseum. The location is perfect being close to the Colosseum and not too far of a walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We took an Uber to the Vatican as it was a bit far for us to walk. There are many nice restaurants near the apartment. We arrived the day the Pope passed away so the city was very busy. We had a lovely visit in Rome and staying in Michael’s apartment was great!

We had a great weekend in Rome. The apoartment was fantastic and the area had great restaurants and shops. Marianna was a great host and helped with transport and our other queastions. I absolutely recommend her and the apoartment!!

El departamento es tal cual se describe, con muchas curiosidades, antiguo y encantador; tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La zona donde está ubicado es perfecta, puedes llegar a pie a casi todos los puntos de interés y además está rodeado de restaurantes abiertos día y noche. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables en todo momento:)

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Marina’s place in Rome is a great spot, near the Vatican! Marina was always very attentive and very nice host. She always assisted us with whatever we needed and I hope to stay again in her lovely apartment.
