This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

At this peaceful and centrally-located suite tucked behind a 1930’s home up a little hill, you will be close to everything important. Walk 1/5 of a mile to Old Town, where you may visit The Port of Siuslaw, many well known restaurants, art galleries and shops. Hwy 101 is a couple blocks away where our famous Pono Hukilau Restaurant is located. Walk a wee bit further to Exploding Whale Park and enjoy sitting on the river’s beach for a picnic or take a short drive to Heceta Beach for the day.

Centrally located to all the fun the Oregon Coast has to offer. Plenty of parking. We also have a dog park on the property. Pets must be added to your booking

Old Town Escape is located in Old Town Florence, just 4 blocks to Bay Street and 6 to the marina. There you will find many of Florence's fine restaurants, charming shops and galleries. Stroll along the boardwalk and take in the sights of the Siuslaw River and the beautiful Oregon dunes. Perfect get away spot for an individual, a couple or 2 couples. We look forward to hosting you! Please keep in mind the beach is 4 miles from this residence so we are not a beach front property.

Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.
