This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at such a cute and cozy Airbnb! I’m sad that my stay was so short but I would DEFINITELY love to come again for vacation! I came for work and extended my trip a bit but was more than satisfied with everything. There is beauty in the details and Channel really knew what she was doing with this home. It truly could be a home away from home and she takes it multiple steps further by adding recommendations on what to to, where to eat, etc!! I just wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. Thank you again Channel! I hope to be back!

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic place! Our family of 12 for perfectly. The beach and water are amazing. Super location on the cape. Close to stores, yet far enough away to be peaceful and private. We were a bit surprised to find that the third floor balconies were locked and were told that they were private to the owners. Loved the house and had a fabulous stay. Thanks!!

The house is exactly as described/pictured and very nice. The bedrooms are big and it was great having 3 bathrooms. My dogs loved being out on the porch. The views are amazing, we saw dolphins in the bay. I would stay here again.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

This is our second stay and we intend to come back over and over again. This is such a beautiful home with the best amenities. The perfect place to soak in the Sun and relax! Bryan is a superb host, going above and beyond to meet your every need! Thanks for making your house feel like our home away from home!

Amazing experience at this beach house! We just celebrated my wife's 60th birthday here, and I honestly couldn't have dreamed up a more perfect spot. You know how sometimes owners just say all the right things in their listing? Well, these folks actually deliver – and then some. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail was welcoming and helpful. Our little group of four fit so comfortably in the house the location is pure gold! We could walk everywhere – grabbed drinks at Paddy D's, enjoyed dinner at The Blue Parriot, and never once had to worry about who was driving. But the best part? The beach access was literally across the street, and here's the kicker – we were just far enough from the main public entrance that our stretch of beach felt wonderfully secluded. Every morning, it felt like our own private paradise. I've booked quite a few places through Airbnb over the years, but this one? Hands down, the best rental experience we've ever had.

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great time staying in Port St Joe. Great local restaurants and lovely local people and tourists alike. The beach was not crowded and a short walk away though off of a fairly busy road. A golf cart rental would make that journey a lot easier if traveling with young kids. We would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved staying here! The kids were on the pier every chance they had. The water is beautiful. They loved using the kayaks. The house was beautiful and perfect for the 7 of us. It was so peaceful and quiet! Also nice and close to all of the things we wanted to do while in the area. Would highly recommend!

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Ashley was very responsive and the condo was clean and pictures were very clear of what we experienced. We had a great stay.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

We had an incredible week! From beginning to end - everything was just perfect. Check in was super easy and the place was beautifully clean when we arrived. Nikki has thought of everything to make your stay the best - from beach towels hanging in the entryway - a coffee maker in the master bathroom so you don’t wake everyone - plenty of books to read - these little details just added more fun to the whole experience! We loved having the Sound in the backyard - our kids had so much fun catching crabs and fish in the little river system back there. And the sunsets off the deck - gorgeous. The Gulf is so easy to get to with many different access points - we had fun hunting for shells, jumping waves, and seeing dolphins there! It was so quiet and relaxing - a week to unplug and just be together as a family. We hope to be back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

I had to alter my reservation several weeks after booking, and I had no issues. Darin contacted me during the stay checking to see how my stay was going. I had no issues from check in until departure.

Teri’s place was so great for our family! It was comfortable, peaceful and very much as described! Teri was very friendly and responsive and let us check in early and check out an hour later which was nice!! The private beach access was a very short walk away and so nice not to have so many people around! We would definitely rent her place again!!

We all enjoyed our time at their beautiful home. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet shore, a short drive to many attractions. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The morning sunrises were spectacular! If we make our way down to the gulf coast again Daniel and Christy's home will be our first choice.

What a beautiful home! It was spacious and luxurious, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities and supplies we needed for our family beach vacation. The living room and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the master bathroom and jetted tub were luxurious, and the outdoor space was quiet and relaxing. The huge garage had beach and pickelball gear, beach chairs, cornhole, and a cart to get stuff to the beach. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected, but manageable, especially with the cart that was provided at the house. It took about 5 minutes without the kids, a little longer with kids and gear in tow. The beach itself was beautiful and not too crowded during spring break. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we loved having the neighborhood amenities available. Claudiu was a perfect host, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We would be delighted to stay at this house again!
