We had a great time on the boat. It is definitely best described as glamping but with everything you need and the bonus of air con, refrigerator and small freezer, microwave and TV. it was lovely sitting out on the boat. The marina is very well kept, great heated pool and restaurant. we saw dolphins and gators walking around the marina. the only negatives were the odd smell on the boat (musty smell) and the on board toilets (which were also very smelly) - however the marina have a nice shower/toilet block and very short walk from the boat. Charlie was very attentive and the cakes, milk and bottled water was much appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay on the boat and also our two hour sunset cruise. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great location and very fun experience.

We greatly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Jenny's AMI property. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I + our 2 teenage daughters. Jenny was a perfect host -- from start to finish she was always very communicative. The instructions were very easy to follow -- and she proactively reached out to make sure everything was going OK. The scenery from the living room window was beautiful -- we saw many dolphins just fro the couch. The location on the eastern side of the island was new for us. We had previously always stayed on the western side by the gulf beach -- but found this location charming -- and at the end of the day, very easy to access the beach. The best on the east side, while not as famous as the Gulf -- but pretty to sit on in its own right. I would highly recommend this property for the value and quality of the host. We have tried larger, more expensive places with pools, hot tubs, etc. -- but the value on this rental was great.

Chris was a very responsive host. During our stay he spent a day working on his boat in the back. He was very friendly, but also respected our privacy. The house met all of our expectations and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was great to walk through and each house offered fantastic curb appeal. With 3 kids under the age of 6, the 10-12 minute walk to the beach was a little long, but Chris’ wagon and beach supplies helped! The golf cart would have been ideal, but without a place to park near the beach we didn’t have much use for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire family agrees we’d love to go back. We had the best few days in the Keys. We wanted to stay in Marathon to be centrally located to the Keys to the south and north. The boat was beautiful and clean with the most wonderful outdoor seating area to enjoy. The sunsets were spectacular and Charles and Annette were an absolute treasure and gracious hosts. They are charming conversationalists with incredible stories and wit, they showed us what a life well lived looks like. We enjoyed our time immensely and would love to stay again if we had the opportunity. We hope to see Charles and Annette in the future.

Yaly was so sweet. She made sure that our time on her boat was special and went out of her way to accommodate to our check in time. The boat was everything we hoped for!

Steve is such a nice guy! He is quick to respond if you have questions, and we had some good conversations about the local area. The boat is gorgeous! This is such a unique place to stay. We enjoyed dolphin watching with our morning coffee and exploring the different parts of the boat. We usually struggle to find accommodations for our family of 5, but this was perfect; we could have even brought a friend and still felt comfortable. There are multiple bathrooms and a great kitchen area.

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

This was a perfect experience!!!! Exactly what I needed!!! It a very unique experience and a perfect way to getaway and unwind simply!! My husband and I took a quick Florida getaway to beat the NJ winter and this place was exactly what I needed. It was such a wonderful change of pace. It truly reminded me that life is simple. Art and his son Ethan were great to work with. We weren’t clear on the parking but once we figured it out it was “Smooth Sailing” from there. Staying in his boat was so peaceful, just what we needed. Definitely would recommend staying here.

I had a little birthday getaway, this boat was the perfect spot. It was clean, all the amenities you'd need, and best of all, the location. Quiet and relaxing, but 5 minutes from the Sponge Docks and downtown. Sitting on the back deck with a drink, living the Salt Life, nothing better

As someone who is considering living on a boat in retirement, it was very nice to have the opportunity to spend time on "Comfort Zone". There are not many reasonable opportunities to do so, and this was a very nice option. The entire marina and resort area are very quiet and seem to have a community feel with the number of live aboard boat owners. The marina based manatee/sunset cruise was very nice, educational, and breathtaking.

Our stay was something to cherish and remember all you life. A different airbnb experience....with the winds and rocking of the boat, felt like you really are on a boat trip.....the views are spectacular esp. during sunrise & sunset....we'd love to be back during summer.

Had a great stay! The boat has all the needed ammenities, is very clean and almost feels like a hotel with all the fun of being on the water. We enjoyed using the water light at night for some fish viewing! Ron is a great guy and even leant us his personal cooler and lawn chairs for the beach. Super easy to work with, as well. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying on the boat and love it! we'll be back next year for sure!

David was an exceptional host! His boat is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo on water. It’s beautiful and so is the water surrounding it. He was quick to respond, available as needed and met us at the boat to show us around. The boat was easy to live in. We loved it and will be back! It doesnt feel like a boat - plenty of space and its well decorated. Beds and furniture are comfortable. He has stocked it with all the amentities and provided extras. The Bean Bags on the front deck were our favorite. Watched the sunset from there. This is one of our favorite rentals - so peaceful, relaxing and luxurious! Tarpon Springs has some great food too. The little town is a mile a away, but you wouldn’t know it. The boat and marina are nice and quiet except for nature 😊 The town is authetic greek - generations that have been cooking family recipes. The food was delicious!

Taking the included motorized dinghy back and forth to the houseboat was a lot of fun. It made it feel like you were leaving the world behind. Pennekamp reef was a short drive away and lot's of nice restaurants in the area. At night there we dolphins swimming around and the water was clean and clear. There was a great breeze and no need to turn on the air conditioner. We slept in the cool spring breeze and had a great time. The host is friendly, accommodating and communicative. Thank you Kelly, we will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The hosting couple, Rosemary Helen and her husband David, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained, with clean linens, towels, and kitchen essentials prepared for arrival. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their home and their guests’ experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and inviting stay, especially for anyone such as myself who is into boats and being near the water. Will definitely book again!

Amazing unique place to stay for a few days if you are looking for something different! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Has everything you need aboard. Jim was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We would certainly stay again!
