The king room is our smaller economical option at 220 sq. ft. It's made for travelers to save money and doesn't face the ocean. We also have 450 sq. ft. studios & oceanfront suites for just a bit more. We're a small historic boutique hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach, 60 ft from the ocean. We have a rooftop terrace and 2nd fl terrace. We have free beach gear, free WiFi, and $10+tx/day parking for a small or midsize car. The main guest MUST be 25+ so families don't have to worry about parties.

The Shores is a completely remodeled boutique hotel located in Deerfield Beach. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath townhouse includes a full kitchen, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and washer/dryer. Included at no extra cost; high-speed Wi-Fi, internet, smart TV with netflix, parking, beach towels, and chairs. The beach is just a short walk across the street. We are located within 1/2 mile of great dining, such as; JB's on the Beach, The Whales Rib and the infamous Deerfield Beach Pier.

The Guest Room & Back Deck

The Guest Room is a spacious 12X15 foot room. In addition, it has a huge 10X8 foot bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 10X20 foot covered deck all for your private use. You have your own private entrance to your room, and the room is locked off from the rest of the house. There is a 4.7 cu. ft. refrigerator, a microwave, two hotplates, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a gas grill with a side burner. There is a spacious backyard that is more like a forest than a yard.

Wreckers House King Room - Adults Only

Adults-only building for guests ages 21+ only. Thoughtfully furnished with mixed metals and woods, the Wreckers House tells the story of ships and their crews of "wreckers" who once salvaged goods from the sunken ships in the Florida Keys. Enjoy a sunrise view and an ocean breeze from your private balcony that overlooks the pool and the Atlantic. This room has a mini fridge and an espresso machine.
