A great spot for our couple of days in FTL. Gustavo was an especially good host.

This is the 2nd time staying here, and I will be booking again. The home is very comfortable, homie and Kathie is an excellent host. She is very responsive and leaves clear instructions on how things work.

We had a blast staying here! We went with our families to celebrate our daughters’ 2nd and 5th birthdays. There was plenty of room, lots of costumes to play dress-up, and the pool was so nice. I am a super picky person when it comes to cleanliness and even brought my own supplies to use, but I never had to get them out. It was spotless when we got there. Be sure to read over the binder when you arrive; it has lots of helpful info!

Our stay way great. We loved the property and the manager was great with communicating with us. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Cape Coral or the surrounding areas.

Daphne’s home was perfect for our family of four. The pool was clean and well maintained, and there were a plethora of pool toys available for guest use. The Master mattress was extremely comfortable and my back has never been in less pain at night. The home is extremely close to Manasota beach, and only about 20 minutes to downtown Venice. We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

The beach bungalow was the perfect place for a very relaxing vacation. Spent mornings on the beach-facing deck before walking down to the beach. They had everything we needed…beach towels, blanket, chairs, umbrellas. Then a short walk to bars and restaurants. Had a great time. Rob is a great host…responsive when you need him, but leaves clear instructions so you can also keep to yourselves.

Bradley was very responsive and helpful! We loved the location and the amenities at the facility! I even used the sauna! Good food within walking distance as well! Very happy with our stay!

It was the perfect place to stay to visit our brand-new granddaughter. We could walk to our son's house. The cottage was perfect and I loved the pool area. We enjoyed going to the beach each morning with our coffee and taking a swim. We would love to rent it again for future family gatherings.

Everything was great! We got timely responses and she even shipped my fiancées hat free of charge to us! Overall a great experience!

I spent 6 days here with my family and can only share positive experiences. Ralph welcomed us and was incredibly helpful and kind. The accommodations were fantastic, and I will definitely book again.

Mario was great at communication and stopped by as well! His place is cute and quaint and perfect for a single or couple! Great little kitchen and great bathroom! Highly recommend to stay at his place!

Such a cute little place on the water. This place gave me old Florida vibes which I loved! There was a moving dolphin lamp in the living room that I actually had as a teenager in my bedroom growing up, which was very nostalgic for me lol. The beds were comfortable and living area was relaxing after a long day on the water. There is a pullout bed under the daybed which was perfect for my 2 children. We took the kayaks out to the springs which was fun! This is a simple and quiet place. The back patio was also very nice. The host messaged me in the morning that the home was ready for our arrival. Overall, it was a great stay, I would absolutely recommend.

The Pearl is a hidden gem, set back far enough away from the highway and close to the beach in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Short walking distance to bars and restaurants in the Cove and two different grocery stores are within a mile or less in the neighborhood. It is great for morning and evening strolls. The pool is amazing, we spent most of our time in it. The kitchen was very nice for cooking homemade meals. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was the ideal getaway for our daughter’s college graduation week. Rory is the perfect host. I’m already trying to find a reason to visit again! Thank you Rory…

We're a family of 5 from Chicago and had a fabulous spring break here. Sunset grill on the property and Los Amigos a few miles away were the highlight restaurants and the beach right on site was perfect. We day tripped to St Pete's beach (arrive before 10 am to get a parking spot) and Busch garden - both about 40 min away.

Having traveled the world and stayed in all types of rentals, this was easily one of my favorites. Tastefully decorated, fully equipped for any needs, and spotlessly clean. Our host was so kind, friendly and communicated proactively in anything we could have needed.

Great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Next door bar is loud so bring ear plugs. Would stay here again

Wonderful time at Brad’s Airbnb! It’s so close to the beach!

So great to stay at Vanesa's place. This Airbnb has everything you could need or want. Centrally located, exceptional value for the money, and very good description and reviews. Of all the places I looked up she had the best price of all the rest and the it definitely is a prime spot. Brand new facilities, ammenities, and excellent value. Very responsive and helpful. 15-20min to the parks with rush hour traffic. If you need a spot to be close to Disney this is it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It’s a super quiet, friendly, slow pace, and safe community with lots to do! Our kids absolutely LOVED the bikes and electric scooter the hosts provide. We spent each morning and evening riding paths, boardwalks, watching sunrises and sunsets. The golf cart is an absolute MUST in this community and we are so grateful this home came with one! The hosts provide everything you would need for the beach and the home is fully stocked with everything you need! There was a small issue with the community app you need for the pool access but it worked out in the end. A huge plus was the hosts let us check in super early on the day of arrival which was so helpful! We would absolutely stay in this home again if we return to Port St Joe!

My family and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the place, the host was very friendly, very responsive when communicating, and the home literally gent like home away from home. It was very clean, well kept, and had literally everything you could possibly think of needing! Definitely our go to anytime we are in the area and it’s available, my kids had a hard time leaving they loved it that much ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Definitely a 5 out of 5 rating on our end!

Very clean. Very cozy and had a very warmth feel to it. Spacious. We loved the home and appreciate the family let us use it for a few days.
