Charming two storey stone cottage, in a quiet charentais hamlet with off road parking facilities and a private courtyard. The cottage has a fitted equipped kitchen area with dishwasher in the downstairs sitting/dining room. On the first floor is the double bedroom with shower room and seperate toilet. On the second floor is the childrens room with twin beds and possiblility of third one and cot. The stairs up to this room are accessed by passing through the double room. Shared pool.

A 45mn du Futuroscope, le Château de Monteneau, du 15ème siècle, a été entièrement restauré sur un grand domaine de 5ha, à l'entrée du village de Limalonges. Un grand gîte a été aménagé dans les parties nobles du Château avec l'escalier à vis, les imposantes cheminées,
