Conkers Self-Contained Annexe near Avebury

Conkers is a spacious self-contained annexe within Chestnut House which has it's own private entrance and has recently been renovated to include a well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Sleeping for two adults is provided in a king-sized bed separated from an open plan living area by a bookshelf screen. A separate bedroom with two single beds (truckle) can accomodate two children/teenagers. Conkers is in the Avebury World Heritage site and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Idyllic rural location in Sheepscombe village

A self contained annexe on a working small holding which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Just 4 miles from Abergavenny with views of the Brecon Beacons and many walks and bike rides along quiet roads, from the door. Own entrance, to private accommodation, comprising sitting room with wood burner, upstairs landing area with kitchenette ( microwave, no oven), shower room, and one beautiful beamed double bedroom. Breakfast ingredients are provided ( fresh bread every morning, butter, jams, cereals, yogurt, fruit compote, milk, tea and coffee, many home made and local)

Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. A beautiful newly appointed oak framed studio apartment in the heart of Herefordshire. Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! This open plan bed/sitting/kitchen space gives the feeling of calm and relaxation. A separate shower/toilet room also. This is situated on a working farm.

The Potting Shed is a contemporary wooden garden studio nestled at the bottom of my 100 metre garden, located next to a natural woodland area. It is accessed via a key safe and has its own private garden to the rear, which is a haven for natural wildlife including many birds and animals. The garden has a fire pit which guests are welcome to use. Marshmallows provided on request!
