Piccolo appartamento sul mare, rancio fellone

Affacciato sul mare, a 30 metri dalla spiaggia e dalla famosa "piazzetta di Sant'Angelo" antico borgo di pescatori e ritrovo di artisti. La posizione ottimale di questo meraviglioso appartamento, la vista e la tranquillità, i comfort che il piccolo appartamento offre, restano sempre nel cuore dei nostri ospiti dal 1929. Il mio alloggio si trova su una spiagge dell'isola per arrivarci si passa per il piccolo borgo di Sant Alessandro zona pedonale con meravigliosi scorci . la casa si trova sulla spiaggia quindi in sole poche scale si raggiunge il mare. Ti incanterà per la pace per il rumore del mare . Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie La casetta si trova su una spiaggia tranquilla c'è la possibilità di mangiare al ristornate. L'angolo segreto di Giovanni il Pescatore

Casa Procidana come una volta, al centro del porto di marina grande,dove affaccia ad una meravigliosa vista che va da capo miseno a punta faro. L'appartamento conserva tutte le caratteristiche delle abitazioni Procidane di un tempo, in modo da potervi far immedesimare in un luogo storico dell isola. Dal balcone è possibile apprezzare lo spettacolo di luci che illumina la baia Procidana. Caratteristiche invece le paranze che giorno dopo giorno preparano le reti per uscire in mare.

Graziosa Casa posta all'ultimo piano di un palazzo nel cuore del centro storico del Comune di Forio d' Ischia. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dalla suggestiva Chiesa del Soccorso, dall'animato centro pedonale e dal porto di Forio, ricco di locali e ristoranti. Due camere da letto, un bagno con doccia e terrazzino, una cucina con angolo pranzo, un salone con Smart TV e divano letto, tre terrazzini con vista sul mare, aria condizionata e riscaldamento, Wi-Fi libero in tutta la casa.

Portion of panoramic villa - free WIFI

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Newly refurbisced cozy apartment within a controlled traffic zone ,a minutes's walk from the sea.It has a wonderful view of the Aragonese Castle, the bay of Saint Anna and of Capri. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room area and a laundry room. And it also has a spacius balcony wich surrounds the house and where you can have breakfast and sunbathe. "Profumo di mare" casa vacanze Ischia

Profumo di mare è un attico bilocale di nuova costruzione, in villa, con un ampio terrazzo panoramico. È situato nella baia di Cartaromana, con vista sul golfo di Napoli (Vesuvio, penisola Sorrentino, isole di Capri, Procida e Vivara). L'attico è costituito da una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, ed un bagno, per un totale di 40 mq. L'ampio terrazzo (50 mq), coperto per metà da una tettoia, è attrezzato con ogni comfort.

The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs. BLUE SEA ... AND THIS IS A CHARM!

My accommodation is close to the nightlife, public transport and the city center. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, intimacy and posizione.I our apartments with sea view, located directly on the sand, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!
