Welcome to our GUEST SUITE in West Fort Collins! This modern studio is tucked away on a dirt road, giving it a private, country feel with the convenience of all the nearby city amenities. The West/Central location makes it the perfect home base to explore either the nearby mountains or the city. You’ll have quick access to CSU, the Spring Creek Trail, Horsetooth Reservoir, the Poudre River, Old Town and of course all the local breweries that make Fort Collins famous. We can't wait to host you!

Enjoy a private guest house conveniently located in Old Town Fort Collins, minutes from Colorado State University, restaurants, and breweries. With an open living area and abundance of natural light you'll feel close to everything while having your own private space. A queen bed comfortably sleeps 2 and is great for couples. A third guest can be accommodated in the living room for an additional nightly fee. The use of town bikes can be arranged and designated off street parking is included.

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Welcome to the FoCo Loft! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood near downtown, this is the perfect place for couples, travel nurse,friends, and single travelers alike! This studio-esq loft has 1 queen bed, a large sofa, (+ extra air mattress), a 3/4 bathroom with a seated shower, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, TV, heating/cooling, and your very own patio. It's on the second story above the garage and comes with 1 car parking spot off of the alley! Contact us with any questions.

The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

The bungalow is one block from Colorado State University and steps from wonderful restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, plus just a short walk to Old Town so the location has something for everyone. We are a fun loving couple that has lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and want to share our space along with all the best Fort Collins has to offer.
