Historic homestead - Walk to Mainstreet, City Park, community center, and river walk. Base camp to your Sinks Canyon and the Wind River mountain excursions. 1 queen bed and an 82" non-pullout sofa will sleep up to 3 adults. This little home was one of the earlier settlements established here in Lander, so keep in mind that it is no spring chicken. We have worked diligently to provide a fresh and modern experience, while maintaining as much character as we could. We hope you enjoy its charm!

A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Bunkhouse Studio Apartment

With majestic mountain views out every window and deer out your front door, this studio apt. bunkhouse is the perfect jumping off point for your Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park vacation. Or use the full kitchen, free WiFi and a full-sized entry with enough room to store your gear as a base for taking advantage of the world-famous fly fishing, hunting and snowmobiling around Dubois. If you need supplies, or want to enjoy a meal out, it's only a 5-minute drive to town.

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. Enjoy a quiet, peaceful country setting just 5 minutes from downtown Riverton in Central Wyoming, and only 30 minutes from Lander, Wyoming. Sage West Hospital, Riverton Regional Airport, and Central Wyoming College are all within a quick 5-minute drive. The towns of Dubois and Cody, along with Yellowstone National Park, are close enough for a day trip. This cozy cottage is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. Truly a home away from home.

Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River,Sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please.
