This little home was one of the earlier settlements established here in Lander, so keep in mind that it is no spring chicken. The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River,Sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please.
