Private upstairs apartment - quiet & very comfortable - behind our 1930's family home Central location & metro rail is a short walk. Business travellers, travelling nurses, medical center treatments, vacation, between leases; our guests tell us this is GREAT place to call home. We do not allow pets. Additionally, as the apartment is also a guest space for our home and due to severe allergies in our family, we regret that we cannot accommodate assistance animals.

Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.
