Perfect location for a women’s wellness retreat! The ladies are already asking when we can come back. Plenty of spaces big and small to facilitate us, both as a group as well as individuals looking to relax and recharge. Having two kitchens was nice for feeding such a big group, and the heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top!

We felt safe in this neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We found it easily and access was simple. The layout worked great for our group. Proximity to the metro station and nearby restaurants was convenient.

Very peaceful, a place to get away and relax. Restful. Grounds are well cared for.

We enjoyed staying in Kristiane’s Airbnb. The living area had a very “cool vibe” to it and she was helpful and prompt about answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

This was the perfect place for my group’s weekend getaway to charming Frederick. Despite the vibe being very cozy, the four of us still felt like we each had our respective space. We were also grateful for Joseph’s communication throughout as it made for a smooth experience during our trip. We’ll definitely be back!

We needed a quiet place where we could unplug from work, noise, traffic, and stress. This did not disappoint. The cabin is located off the beaten path and overlooks a peaceful creek. It is cozy, quiet and rustic. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you need to cook as well as dishes, glasses and baking necessities; bathroom has more than enough towels and wash cloths for 2 people and a plus for us; it has a washer and dryer which many places we looked at didn't have. We had no issues with internet whether we were using our phones or computers. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the helpful cottage rental team through email. Though the weather wasn't the best till the end of our trip, that didn't deter us... we made great use of the gas fireplace, the hot tub, the screened in porch and were able to build a lovely fire in the fire pit once the windy weather left us. We had a very peaceful week. We plan on coming back.

Originally, I wanted to stay at the local Inn, but I am so glad that we didn’t! This beautiful home was just a short walk to the hot springs and offered so much more than the inn could offer. All around a great experience.

This is my second stay in this beautiful home. It is absolutely perfect. Welcoming and lovely. Such a gem. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Gillian and Boe were great communicators and super friendly and helpful. Everything was easy! A great stay. For detail-minded visitors: the bed was VERY comfy. And the shower is not large (stall size) but awesome water pressure and heat - felt like a mini-spa in there, a real treat :) We came during peak of spring in DC and their yard was full of beautiful blooms - a delightful bonus.

So many wonderful things to say about this stay. The location was even better than anticipated. Great restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and lovely playground just a couple blocks away. The host went above and beyond to setup a baby bed for us. It was a great place for kids. Not a lot of noise in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful with our questions about riding the metro as we are from a town with no metro. Thank you for accommodating our family with small children!

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

Perfect place for a romantic getaway or if you’re searching for a peaceful oasis. Matches the pictures exactly and the amount of natural light is amazing. A little removed from downtown DC so if you have a car that’s a plus, but otherwise an uber will cost about $20. Would stay here again :)

Mooi en ruim sousterrain. Woonkamer met keukenhoek, ruime badkamer en aparte slaapkamer met goed bed. Parkeren met vergunning op straat, niet altijd voor de deur helaas, maar goed te doen. Op half uur lopen van het Capitool. En het metro station bij Union Station op een kwartier lopen. We waren er de drie nachten dat we er konden verblijven heel blij mee!

A great centrally-located spot. A Whole Foods and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

Thrilled we were able to stay! Disappointed we had to leave. We will certainly keep it in mind for a future visit.

What a beautiful spot! We had a lovely stay while we showed our granddaughter around Gettysburg. Only minutes from downtown and the battlefield, the gorgeous property feels private and peaceful. The friendly ducks and kitty were very entertaining and the apartment was spotless and cozy. The fireplace was so nice and little touches like earplugs, coffee and popcorn were appreciated. I would love to visit again and will highly recommend Abigail’s place to other travelers!

The house is as described full of amenities. I particularly enjoyed the piano and sauna. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for everything

The place has great views on a nice end lot property; super natural light, high ceilings with comfortable beds! Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful clean and safe home with plenty of space and accommodations like washer n dryer and full marble kitchen. The bust stop is less than a 5 mins walk and overall I had a great time here. Thank you!

Awesome, nice stay

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. Thank you so very much and let this be a stark reminder to hosts out there, that being good to people always comes with rewards. GT
