Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Abbiamo passato 4 giorni nell'alloggio di Alen ed è stato fantastico. Orario di check in flessibile e super accoglienza. Casa grande, pulita e ben fornita, vicini di casa cordiali e ambiente tranquillo. Tutto perfetto!

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Wir haben eine wirklich schöne Urlaubswoche erlebt ! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen am Waldrand mit sauberem Pool und praktischer schicker Einrichtung. Zum Ort Labin sind es mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten. Man kann vom Haus weg wandern oder radfahren. Thomas ist total nett und hilfsbereit ! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen !!

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Naš boravak u ovom smjestaju je bio odlican,. Kuca ima sve potrebno za odmor i opustanje ukljucujući i spa centar. Priroda oko same kuce je prekrasna. Domacin nam je bio na usluzi za sva pitanja koja smo imali. Preporučam svima.

Predivna kuća u centru Lokva pogodna i za djecu i pse..sve uredno i čisto a kamin i drva daju dodatan ugođaj:)

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Josefina‘s Apartment verbracht. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, die Stadt Krk und somit die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist super schön, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, alle 3 Tage werden frische Handtücher vorbei gebracht. Der Pool war bei der Hitze ein Highlight. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf Krk auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Apartment wählen. We really like this place, and this is second time that we are visiting. Everything with apartment is great including hosts. Really nice place to relax and enjoy in nature. If you prefer nature and quietness, and avoids crowds, this is right place for you.

Odlična lokacija. Iz balkona in kuhinje je res lep pogled na morje. Stanovanje je opremljeno z vsem kar potrebuješ, prav tako je opremljena kuhinja. Manjkala mi je samo pečica. V bližini je veliko parkirišče in dolga urejena sprehajalna pot ob morju. Jelena je prijazna in odzivna, definitivno priporočam.

Nadan was very responsive, and had always great advice whenever I had a request. The apartment has an excellent location with a little view to the sea. The old town and the beach are only 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes by foot. Everything was clean and comfortable. One of the beds was even extra large, and the balcony was bigger than expected. We felt really at home, and enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend to anyone!

We've had the most comfortable stay at Rada's, Bojana's and Dario's. The hosts were super cordial and helpful! They gave us so many recommendations for worthfully tours and experiences on the island of Krk. Rojana even made delicious crêpes for us! The apartment is very clean and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a dog with us, what was not a problem at any time. We can totally recommend this address and would always come back for a stay in Croatia!

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage als auch das Haus waren wie beschrieben und gut erreichbar. Damir hat uns noch einige Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und Unternehmungen gegeben. Wie kommen gerne wieder !

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

In der Villa Maya haben wir (zu dritt und mit unserem Hund) fast eine Woche verbracht und wollten gar nicht wieder abreisen. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Trotzdem ist die Stadt Krk mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 4 km entfernt. Die Villa ist großzügig geplant, mit viel Platz, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Von der Villa hat man eine herrliche Sicht bis zum Meer und die Stadt Krk. Sehr schöner, sauberer Pool und Gartenbereich. Wir haben zwar nicht gegrillt, aber es steht alles dafür bereit. Die Villa ist komplett auf hohem Niveau ausgestattet. Es fehlt tatsächlich an nichts. Die Gastgeberin Maya war sehr nett und bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen konnten. Eine schöne Geste von den Gastgebern war das Begrüßungsgetränk und gekühlte Erfrischungsgetränke im Kühlschrank. Die Unterkunft ist eine echte Empfehlung, ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wunderbares Haus, viel Platz, alles super gemütlich und stimmig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Schlafzimmer waren super schön und ordentlich, der Pool Bereich wunderbar und alles da was man braucht. In 10 min bei großen Geschäften zum einkaufen und in 10-20 min bei vielen tollen Stränden! Viele Spielsachen für Kinder! Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub und eine super Unterkunft! Absolut zu empfehlen :-)

Wir hatten wundervolle 12 Tage in dieser besonderen Villa verbracht. Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Hauseigentümern; Mit Gästekorb und einer persönlichen Führung durchs Haus. Es war alles da, was man brauchte, voll und gänzlich ausgestattete Küche. Bis ins kleinste Detail. (sogar Netflix, X-Box) Alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner, als er auf den Fotos wirkt, doch unsere Kinder, wie auch wir genossen die Abkühlung jeden Tag aufs Neue. Und mit der Gegenstromanlange kann man auch paar Schwimmzüge machen ;) Sehr zu empfehlen. Wer ruhige und entspannte Ferien sucht, ist hier wundervoll aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Wir haben in Familie eine sehr entspannte Woche in Gverinos wunderschönem Steinhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage ganz am Ende der Ferienhaussiedlung direkt am Wald. Hinter dem Haus ein gepflegter Garten mit altem Olivenhain, nach vorne der Blick auf die Adria mit Sonnenaufgang über Cres. Um in die nächst gelegenen Orte zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto und fährt eine Viertelstunde. Die Wege sind gut zu fahren, ein Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll saniert. Die Treppen zwischen den Geschossen sind etwas steil aber sehr gut gebaut, für uns kein Problem. Wir haben die Zeit genossen auf den beiden Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer, beim Spazieren durch den herrlichen mediterranen Wald mit Lorbeer, Salbei und Wacholder hinunter zur abgelegenen Bucht und beim gemeinsamen Kochen in der rustikalen Küche des Hauses. Ein wunderschöner Ort, den ich gern nochmal besuchen würde.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away
