Appartement met 1 slaapkamer, woonkamer/keuken met slaapbank en airco, terras en 1 badkamer. De keuken is voorzien van een koelkast/vriezer, waterkoker en een Nespresso-apparaat. 220m van het dichtstbijzijnde strand 400m naar de supermarkt 500m van het stadscentrum en restaurants. Het huis is 70 jaar geleden gebouwd door onze opa/vader. Het was een van de eerste huizen in dit gebied van Senj, er waren geen wegen of straatverlichting. Tegenwoordig is alles veranderd, er zijn veel huizen, wegen, straatverlichting en het is een erg populair gebied om te wonen in Senj. Onze grootouders wonen niet meer in het huis. Onze 103-jarige oma leeft nog, ze kan hier alleen niet meer alleen wonen. We wilden het prachtige familiehuis behouden, dus we renoveren alles en verbouwden het tot 2 appartementen.
