Quiet and clean.

The BNB was super cute and cozy; exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issue. Great location only about 15-20 minutes to everything. The stay was great and I would definitely book again!

It was great staying at Sacha’s house. Super clean, organized and peaceful place. Walking distance to Publix, First Watch, coffee shop, and smoothie place all within 1-3min. I would recommend staying at Sacha’s place if you are traveling to ATL.

Perfect for a girls night. The perks were top tier.

Great stay with my Wife & 2 boys. The area is a fun place to hangout, lots of shops and things to do. Very clean. Owner also responded very fast. Would definitely stay again next time I come to Atlanta!

Very cozy and clean apartment. This apartment is in a very beautiful neighborhood , which is extremely close to plenty of fun activities for couples and the family. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for, clean, comfortable, and easy. Overall 10/10.

Loved this unit ! Would definitely recommend over and over again and will be staying again when i revisit. Great community which everyone was very welcoming and willing to help with questions. Unit spacious and fully equipped with all essentials that were needed during my stay.

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

This was a great stay. I had been feeling annoyed with air bnb host and the lack of hospitality and cleanliness I had been experiencing overall. This air bnb was one of the best ones I’ve stayed at in a while. I highly recommend Kay’s place.

The brief summer stay was just what I expected. Perfect location and the complex offered every amenity imaginable. Will always look for her units for future travel to Atlanta.

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

If ur looking for a quite and relaxing weekend this is the place for u from sun up to sun down. The only thing that its missing is a fire pit but the dock in the back will make up for that. Especially if u like to fish or read a book. I plan on rerent this place again.

What a wonderful stay we had 4 Levels!! The house is located on a quiet street not far from Atlanta’s attractions! Plenty to do within the area! The house has comfortable beds and plenty of space. We enjoyed starting the day in the home gym before going out into the town. Plenty of hot water for the showers! If you have a small dog just be aware that there are some large gaps in the outdoor fence but we were able to make it work!! Would definitely stay here again and my kids are already asking me to book it for our next vacation!! Thanks for everything!!

To Whom It May Concern, From the beginning, Alhassan was responsive and attentive. The property itself was very nice, with thoughtful amenities. However, I felt that the upcharge for a one-night rental was not communicated transparently enough in the listing, as I previously expressed to both Alhassan and Airbnb representatives. Regarding future stays, I would only consider booking this property for more than one night under a different platform. Due to Airbnb's lack of customer service and, most importantly, the organization's stance on DEI initiatives, my family, friends, and I will no longer be patronizing Airbnb properties moving forward. We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. A perfect home base for a large group staycation! Room for everyone - our group included 15 adults and a pup, and we had plenty of space to rest, relax eat and play. Beautiful, comfortable, fun - the house is beautifully designed with lots of fun touches and amenities. We especially loved the downstairs entertainment room with a spacious theater and pool table. Perfect for movie nights and dance parties! Responsive and supportive host - The Homi Space team did a great job communicating and anticipating our needs. From reservation to check-out, we received clear instructions and updates. They offered early check-in and late check-out to the best of their ability. And they even left a little welcome gift of snacks and beverages. I can't recommend this home enough!

Victor has excellent communication and followed up to ensure our needs were met. There were no issues with the property or the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and open.

we come every year and we will every year for a cycling competition. Stanley is an amaizing host and the area is just beautiful. highly recommended
