This is a must stay location!! Growing up in a farming family the opportunity to stay in a "silo" or grain bin as we call them was special. Joe has done an amazing job on the place!

If you are looking for a place to stay with all the you could ask for Corey’s home is the place. The pictures of the view and his home or nothing compared to the naked eye I have stayed at many Airbnb over the years of traveling for work and fun and by far this place has to be my favorite thank you again Corey for letting us have a weekend a beautiful memories that we will never forget You get a 10 star rating from us Renee M

The hosts were both absolutely lovely, so kind and helpful! The home has so much attention to detail, it’s unbelievable. So cozy and fun, tons of super neat games to play and perfect places to hang out and enjoy the cozy vibes! The hot tub was clean and the spot is perfect, definitely would book anytime I’m in Peoria!

This place was just wonderful, all the amenities of being at home. Nice and peaceful place to stay in Utica, IL.

The cabin was beautiful, very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. Tricia is a great host, very responsive and attentive. We will be back very soon.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is very close to the trails. Jacuzzi in the cabin definitely helped with sore legs after long hiking. The cabin was great! Jacuzzi, fireplaces, comfortable beds made our stay super relaxing. Highly recommend. Tip: if you plan to go to the waterpark, which is walking distance from the cabin, buy your passes ahead of time. They had full capacity during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much!!! Beautiful home, so much space & the best location!!! The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, the bed was the most comfortable ever & the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom was lovely and very relaxing! The entire home was very spacious and spotless. We honestly didn't want to leave when it was time to go.

Stayed here for my birthday trip and had a blast! Eating breakfast by the river was such a peaceful experience. All the furniture was very comfortable and we just loved being out by the fire. never had a single issue there! I think it’s definitely worth the price and we made so many amazing memories!💗would absolutely come back again

Forty Oaks cabin is really nice and comfortable, quiet and great views. We only there for a short time but would definitely recommend for anybody staying in area.

Nice and quiet neighborhood tucked away. Great view of the rock river. Enjoyed being able to have my family with me.

She was a great host and was very responsive. Her place we super cute and very relaxing. The kitchen was really great, with everything you needed for cooking.

Great location ! Located between Chicago and St. Louis so about a 3 hour drive to get peace and quiet. Cabin appears to be newly built and the place is SPOTLESS !! 10 minute drive to Walmart or Kroger or if you prefer get some local good eats !! Also plenty of Firewood for us city slickers :)... Has a smoker and a Blackstone griddle that are really good. Only thing if one prefers , bring a charcoal grill if allowed ..?? Place was awesome !! Thank you Jennifer and siblings. 5 STARS !! We'll be going back !!

Rustic charm and very peaceful. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Great mini vacation spot especially if you are looking for a bit of nature and to relax. Several things to do if you want to venture out within reasonable driving distance. Definitely recommend and look forward to another visit.

Nice cozy cabin, private and secluded, just roomy enough, friendly helpful hosts, literally bike distance from the state park.

Our stay at the Cottage was great, very affordable, all fixtures are in great working order. Super comfy place, and Mary is a rockstar with responses and any questions you have. Definitely will be back!
