Cette villa est un véritable havre de paix, idéale pour une famille. Elle offre de vastes espaces de vie permettant à chacun de profiter d’un confort optimal. De plus, la proximité immédiate avec la plage permet de profiter pleinement des plaisir du bord de mer.

On a passé une superbe semaine en famille!La maison est idéalement située et avec tout le confort moderne grâce à des équipements de qualité. La bergerie est aussi fonctionnelle que belle et très bien décorée. Eve a été très réactive à nos demandes. Séjour parfait, nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Un superbe hébergement, cadre très agréable, hôtes très réactifs, La terrasse pour prendre nos repas est plaisante idem pour le côté piscine Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu !

Luana’s house was fantastic! The property was spacious and well-equipped, with each room having its own bathroom, which added extra convenience and comfort. The good-sized washing machine was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Luana was very responsive whenever any issues arose, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

Incroyable et Merveilleux accueil, fidèle à la description des lieux, un endroit reposant et en même temps très bien situé, un énorme merci à Daniele qui a été au petit soins avec nous, je recommande fortement, nous y retournerons sûrement.

Résidence et cadre magnifique, proche de la nature, plus beau coucher de soleil de Sardaigne à 10 minutes (Li Cossi), Natalia a été très agréable et très réactive. Je recommande.

Nous avons vécu un moment merveilleux dans un environnement paisible et chaleureux. Tout était au rendez-vous, la petite maison super équipée et le matelas confortable. Nous avons bien dormi, hôtes très discrets qui sont respectueux et toujours au petit soin pour nous et de très bons conseils. Un grand merci à cette famille nous avons vraiment adoré ces personnes qui resteront longtemps dans notre cœur . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir en Corse du Sud, ce Pays est magnifique .

Superbe appartement dans des couleurs estivales bleu et blanche, esprit grec. Tout était neuf et impeccable : bonne literie, cuisine équipée (manqué peut être une pile plus grande et des saladiers), salle de bains agréable avec produits de douche. Les machines à laver accessibles gratuitement sont un vrai plus. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi qui nous a permis de nous baigner alors qu’il faisait trop froid pour profiter de la piscine. Le jardin est aussi très agréable avec un espace de jeux pour les enfants.

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Tutto è andato oltre alle nostre aspettative che erano cmq molto alte. L'Appartamento è comodissimo e molto bello (tengo a sottolineare che dal vivo è molto piu bello di quello che si vede nelle foto..) super pulito in un residence davvero fantastico con una piscina con acqua salata, una vera chicca. Vorrei inoltre complimentarmi con la persona che è stata, sin dal primo giorno, il nostro referente, il sig. Marco Gallo. Una persona squisitissima, di una gentilezza rara e professionalmente impeccabile. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a dare preziosissimi consigli ed indicazioni di qualsiasi genere. La mia valutazione generale quindi è eccellente!

Il Mitico Gianmario ci ha accolto a braccia aperte con una simpatia e professionalità enorme, già al telefono si nota che è una persona super disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato nel appartamento Andreana, è un appartamento semplice ma con tutto il necessario in cucina come nel resto della casa con alcune attrezzature per la spiaggia disponibili per l’utilizzo. L’appartamento è molto pulito e ordinato con un ottima vista della piscina che si trova in cortile anche esso ben attrezzato. Oltre a tutto questo Gianmario fa il suo lavoro da vero professionista, offrendo diversi consigli su cosa fare e dove andare oltre che le tante agevolazioni per ristoranti tour ecc… Consiglio la struttura come anche la zona, e ovviamente consiglio Gianmario!!!

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Giuseppe. Sa femme était très disponible et gentille. Un quartier très calme pas loin de la plage, petit supermarché, restaurant sympas et de la grande route pour découvrir autour. Olbia à moins de 30 mins. Budoni à 5 mins. Une piscine au top, propre, belle, équipée chaise etc….. Merci beaucoup

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die nahegelegenen Buchten zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und den Angaben, wie z.B. Babybett und Sonnenschirme. Der zur Unterkunft gehörende Gemeinschaftspool ist ganz nett, jedoch waren wir lieber am Strand. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell bei Problemen, wie z.B. einen Stromausfall reagiert. Bis nach Olbia und dem Flughafen sind es mit dem Auto max. 10 Minuten. In Murta Maria gibt’s einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft für zwei Personen und einem Kind uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein wunderbares Feriendomizil: tolle Lage, großzügig und gemütlich. Einzig der Gasherd benötigt eine Überholung, technische Reinigung (und die Messer ebenso). Kleinigkeiten … Poollandschaft, Umgebung, Infrastruktur: Top … und Ruhe mit tollem Ausblick mitten in der Natur. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke!

Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich von Antonella empfangen, welche jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und unendlich freundlich war. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und das Grundstück bestens gepflegt. Einzig die Auffahrt ist nicht auf Anhieb zu finden und nicht besonders schön - abgesehen davon ist diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert.

Everything about the villa was great - the location, spec and extremely clean were all excellent. Lara and Pietruccia were very helpful, particularly when we locked ourselves out. Check in and out were smooth, although having to give a cash deposit isn't ideal, and some initial confusion over the stated air conditioning fee actually being for electricity - although Lara was understanding and helpful in resolving it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Prachtige plek, dichtbij enkele mooie strandjes. Heerlijk zwembad. Meerdere terrassen. Het huis is op orde. Heerlijke ruimtes, met airco als nodig (wij waren er in april dus geen gebruik van gemaakt). Er zijn geen vaatblokjes en geen vuilniszakken of olie, alleen peper en zout, iets uitgebreider assortiment zou wel fijn geweest zijn.

We stayed in villa gardenia with 4 people for 4 nights. Amazing garden/patio for breakfast and dinner. Amazing outdoor bbq Nice Pool with outdoor shower options Great kitchen with great cooking possibilities and living room space Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2) are not very spacious but still fine, we found the beds were comfortable A few everyday things could be provided for free for all guests to make life easier for guests - for example we only had one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom Unnecessary or rather awkward extra costs such as Air conditioning and bed sheets / towels. Would be easier if everything were just included in a fix price Possibility to use the washing machine House beach in walking distance (5 mins) Access to the house is easy but the road is relatively bumpy and rough for about 500 m so don’t use your private Porsche if you have one ☝🏽 All in all highly recommend

Wir waren von der ersten Sekunde an begeistert. Die Bilder lassen ja bereits Tolles vermuten – trotzdem waren wir vor Ort regelrecht überrascht davon, wie schön es tatsächlich ist. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, die gesamte Anlage ist riesig und völlig privat, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Check-In verlief super einfach, die Korrespondenz ebenfalls. Der Pool war am ersten Tag trüb – das habe ich umgehend rückgemeldet und am nächsten Tag war der Poolboy bereits da bevor wir aufgestanden sind. Wir waren mit insgesamt 8 Personen vor Ort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Insbesondere mit Kindern ist das eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Tip: Unbedingt ein Mietauto buchen und die Gegend in einem Radius von ca. 1,5 Fahrtstunden in alle Richtungen erkunden.

Superbe emplacement, vue magnifique et au calme! Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants et la villa était très spacieuse et bien agencée.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern in dem Haus zu Gast und hatten eine gute Zeit dort! Es ist nicht weit vom Strand gelegen. Kann man locker zu Fuß erreichen. Auch mit Kindern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sitzplätze im Innen- und Außenbereich sind reichlich vorhanden. Der Pool ist gepflegt und funktioniert sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind alle von außen zugänglich. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und eine Toilette. Über eine Außentreppe kann man auf eine Terrasse und von dort aus in weitere drei Zimmer gelangen. Es ist eine Waschmaschine verfügbar. Bei Regen kann man unter einem der drei großen Vordächer verweilen. Wir haben stets draußen gefrühstückt und gegessen. Der Außengrill und der Kamin im Haus funktionieren. Wir haben beides genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Valledoria genügend. Mindestens drei Supermärkte (einer mit Fischtheke am Ortseingang links) - ein Bäcker in der Ortsmitte - Angelgeschäft - Tankstelle - Pizza-Lieferservice - Gastronomien - u.s.w.. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Der Müll muß getrennt werden. Behälter sind vorhanden. Die Behälter stellt man nach Abholplan einfach vor die Gartentür. Ein Parkplatz für ein oder zwei PKW ist direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Am Strand gibt es eine Gastronomie. Man kann dort auch Getränke oder Essen mitnehmen. Die Übergabe des Hauses und der Auszug aus dem Haus waren gut und einfach organisiert. Wir würden gerne wieder in dieses Haus einziehen!
