Loved staying here. Enjoyed the peace and quite with my kiddos. There were a few items and things cleanliness wise that needed to be addressed and the team was very communicative and were right on top of it and are giving me a 50% refund on the cleaning fee for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, peaceful location with an epic view of the lake! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The Ping pong table, giant jenga & movie projector were super fun to use. We appreciated the little things the owners thought of like providing a fully stocked coffee bar and having camp chairs available to tote down to the lake. Thanks forva great weekend! We will be back!

In town for Raspberry Days it's close to the park, easy to find, easy to get downtown for restaurants/gift shops. Cabin was tidy, bathroom well stocked, trash bags well stocked, a small coffee maker, and there is a kitchen but nothing to cook with. This was ok for us as we didn't need to cook but you may have to ask beforehand or bring your own. there were paper towels, paper plates, a few dishes, dish soap and plastic utensils but nothing to cook with. Michael is responsive as we did have a small issue that was resolved quickly. The property/area is quiet, cabins are pet friendly which is great. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house has a large family room which was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and welcoming. The location is convenient to local stores and the lake. We were very pleased with the owners and the property, and we plan on renting this home again.

Such a great place!! Lots of space, great for large families. Beautiful view, toys and other fun things to do, great deck. We've stayed in a few different places in bear lake and this was our favorite, we plan to come back this winter!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jake’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. A great place, wonderful views and a house to spend a dream weekend. Maybe I would have loved a late-checkout and that it was closer to Garden City but I can't complain. Is it really worth it for the price? Yes, the house has several amenities to enjoy either if you go with friends or family. We really enjoyed spending my brother's birthday and mine there, and we would go again if we visited Garden City again…

The apartment was as described. Inside a condo complex across the road from Bear Lake. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. I liked that they had made it welcoming; the fireplace and a few lights were on, so it was cozy to walk in to. Consider the view if it is very important to you. There is a building in front of part of it, and the pool has significant fencing. For me, the second floor provided a better view of at least part of the lake. They were VERY gracious and let me look at a couple of units to pick the one I liked best. The pool and hot tub seem very nice; I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy. The whole area is very lovely there. I enjoyed the pace being much slower at this time of year.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful cabin. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to the serene lake was a dream. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. We hope to be able to come back during the warmer season.

Overall this was a great place to stay for a large group. There were beautiful views and plenty of amenities such as a kitchen supplies, fun things for the kids and extra accessories like bikes, camp chairs etc. This is a great place for a large group and our family had a ton of fun spending time at the house. my only recommendation would be to bring your own coffee and toiletries like soap and shampoo. Everything else was well stocked and clean. We loved our stay and would definatly recommend for those thinking of coming to Beat Lake.

The view from the porch is lovely. We had 11 adults, a baby, and a toddler and it was a great space to sleep all of us. The host was very responsive and helpful if we had questions or problems come up!

Great, friendly and very responsive host. The condo is in a wonderful location just across the street from the marina. There were so many birds and a herd of deer hanging around the property all weekend. The clubhouse with a large hot tub was just next to the building. We had such an amazing stay. Thank you!

Nice surroundings and everything was as expected as stated on their site. Clean and comfy.

We wanted a peaceful place that would still give our grandchildren something to do. We absolutely loved the pool and were in it at least six hours each day. There were also tons of games to choose from for all ages to enjoy, and a huge screen with many channels to access. We enjoyed s'mores at the firepit and the kids loved the playset. There is plenty of parking that is easily accessible. Montpelier is very close so we could pick up groceries and go to the Butch Cassidy Museum and the cute ice cream store. Laurel was an ideal host and went out of her way to make us comfortable and informed. We really love this place!!

Very unique place to stay, mornings were crisp and cool. The surrounding environment was quiet, peaceful, and had beautiful views. We saw mule deer right in the front yard on our way out for an evening walk. We really enjoyed ourselves. Looking forward to another trip!

Thanks to Mike and Carole for renting their cabin, it was a great experience. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, as well as some spices, everything was very clean and the cabin felt cozy, the view of the lake was beautiful. Communication with them was also very good, they always answered my messages very quickly. Thank you for everything.

Very nice place with amazing views and close to everything you need. We are currently looking at buying a vacation home after falling in love with the area.

It was a great experience staying in a yurt for the first time; we appreciate the aesthetic design of the place which perfectly accommodate our family vacation necessities. This place exceeded our expectation. Our only concern is they didn’t have backups for power outage, so go prepare incase of blackouts… but other than that, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place for any family to explore the beauty of Bear lake adventures. Our host Melissa was so responsive to all the inquiries & concerns I had via email, phone calls and texts. If it possible I would add extra 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟 to this place.

This house was our last house from a 3 week roadtrip. It was just great relaxing vibe with views to and of our beautiful trip, and a big addition is the great hosts.

The cabin was great! It was clean with good amenities. This was a great place for our family and we enjoyed our stay very much especially when the rain drove us inside. The porch is beautiful and the AC worked well for my sons who hate to be warm. The location was perfect for us since we were going to the Marina in Garden City as well as Rendezvous Beach.
