Do Kopra je samo 4.7 km izpod stoletnih borovcev. Če pa izberete kolesarsko pot proti Portorožu in Piranu, imate dva vzpona in tunela stare železnice PARENZANA. Izola ima mestno plažo Svetilnik, najbolj čisto morje je tu. Plaža ima naravno senco iglavcev, v morju se kopamo do sredine oktobra.

Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Nahajamo se na podeželju, na mirni lokaciji 5 km od Izole. Zelena okolica je idealna za sprostitev in umik iz mestnega vrveža. Apartma se nahaja v pritličju večstanovanjske hiše in lahko sprejme 4 osebe. Ima ločen vhod in zagotovljeno ograjeno parkirišče. V neposredni bližini je turistična kmetija, ki obratuje ob vikendih. Lokacija je odlično izhodišče za pohodništvo in kolesarjenje po slikovitem podeželju.

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to Tartini square, the city center, the grocery store, the beach and to the nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.
