Flint address only House is registered in Genesee twp,No Flint water. Relax in this calm, stylish space. It's a very safe area, we know we live across the street. Been in the neighborhood for 7 years with no problems. It's a very quiet, and relaxed neighborhood. Pet friendly, spacious, lots of privacy, and a double lot to walk your dog. No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.

Take the 15steps down to the water or use the ramp. The property is beautiful and has an up north feeling with wildlife galore. Close to shopping and 20 minutes to downtown Fenton. Enjoy the calm water and starry night skies then waking up to the glorious sunrises this cottage has to offer.
