la estancia fue muy agradable , la pasamos muy bien el apartamento muy acogedor y limpio , las reglas bien establecidas y eso ayuda a mantener orden en todo el edificio! Gracias a los anfitriones y a Kenia por estar al pendiente

El apartamento es súper cómodo, lujoso, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario, está ubicado en un complejo maravilloso con dos piscinas, dos restaurantes, acceso directo a la playa. La anfitriona María Paula es demasiado amable, nos dio instrucciones y recomendaciones precisas que nos sirvieron mucho para pasar una estadía maravillosa, completamente recomendado.

This beautiful and spacious apartment is a gem in Cartagena! We traveled as a multi generational family of 7 (with ages ranging from 4 to 87). The apartment is in an elevator building, it’s immaculately clean, spacious, full of natural light, facing the ocean, has a private entrance to the beach as well as a rooftop pool (which we had to ourselves during the entire 5 day stay) and a gym- everything you need to enjoy a beautiful and luxurious vacation. Ubers had no problem getting to the building and we felt very safe. Luz ,the housekeeper, was a blessing to our family. She refreshes and cleans the apartment daily and her cooking is outstanding- arepas, empanadas, pescado frito with coconut rice, paella, arroz con pollo- take her recommendations because it’s all so delicious!The love that she put into preparing our meals made them extra special and the family time that her care allowed for us as a family is truly priceless! Without a doubt- book this place for your stay- it’s the best!

la verdad el departamento maravilloso, zona bella y tranquila, al lado de las letras de Cartagena, 10 de 10. La piscina espectacular, todos los días llegando en la tarde disfrutábamos un relajo en ella, una vista espectacular. solo como consejo, tener algún secador de pelo, (algunas mujeres no viven sin el), al igual que el agua caliente, que a pesar que a mi no me afectó en nada, había uno del grupo que hubiese sido más feliz con ella. pero esto no resta en nada mi calificación, realmente es un 11 de 10. Muchas gracias Carlos, ten por seguro que de volver a Cartagena, no dudaríamos en quedarnos en tu departamento.

El lugar es aún más lindo de lo que se ve en las fotos. Muy bien ubicado y de fácil acceso. La única observación es que los aires acondicionados no funcionaron del todo bien, y son necesarios porque hace bastante calor

Tiene un diseño exclusivo, la decoración, el anfitrion, el servicio, el aseo, la amabilidad de Carmensita. Se encuentra dentro del complejo del hotel Sonesta, lo cual lo hace mas agradable, seguro, a pocos minutos de la playa. Super recomendado!!!

exelente lugar lo recibido un valcon muy lindo con una visita preciosa, tomar una cerveza en ese balcón fue lo mejor , todo muy limpio , se agradece detalles como lavadora , secadora se cabello , plancha , muchas toallas ., la piscina en el último peso era increíble con la vista a la playa la ciudad y cerca del aeropuerto , edificio seguro . está cerca un supermercado que puedes ir caminado y un restaurante económico . lo único punto negativo es la ubicación gaste mucho de mi presupuesto en taxi.

This Airbnb is aesthetically pleasing. The host accommodated my last-minute plans with ease. The security personnel were cordial and supportive. All amenities within the home were functional. The vistas were breathtaking. I anticipate returning to this Airbnb during my subsequent visit.

Siempre será una experiencia grata acceder a una propiedad en Morros Ultra. Es un apartamento bien equipado, con todo lo necesario. Puede hacer mejoras, como reparaciones en algunos acabados y poner un blackout en cada habitación. Sin embargo, ello no obsta para decir que el alojamiento cumplió la expectativas y pasamos un excelente fin de semana en familia.

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Marias home in Cartagena. The apartment is in a top location walking distance to everything. It's in a quiet area and the side street was blocked off in the afternoons. The rooms were spacious and the views are lovely. We enjoyed a birthday celebration on the rooftop with friends watching the sun set. Maria was a fabulous communicator and helped us when the electricity went out one night. One point to mention is the hot water was intermittent (it worked fine first day but only warm after the electricity outage). I think this is in the listing, but I missed it when I booked (& it is apparently normal for all of Colombia). We loved our stay and highly recommend it for anyone spending time in Cartagena 🤩
