The house is a 4 minute walk from the boardwalk along Sunnyside Beach on Lake Ontario, a 3 minute walk to High Park and a 7 minute walk to the popular and laid back area of Roncesvalles Village with shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars with live music, a 24 hour gym, and the oldest movie theatre in Toronto, The Revue Cinema.

The Blue Room is a bedroom with shared bath (no kitchen or laundry access.) It is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a chest of drawers, a closet and a desk. We are 5 minutes walking to the subway and everything is in this area - all types of restaurants, cafes, a mall, trendy stores, etc. If you like to walk, you can walk downtown, to Chinatown, Koreatown, the UofT, even High Park. This friendly, private open concept loft apartment is located on the top floor of a guest coach house located on a 2 acre waterfront estate. The loft apartment is a separate building from the main house. There is a maximum occupancy for the loft of 2 people, parties, get togethers and events are not permitted. Due to the tall spiral staircase, children are not permitted due to safety. Extra charges will apply if additional guests are present in the loft.
