We are located on Paugus Bay about a mile from Weirs Beach, and close to Bank of New Hampshire Pavillon, Gunstock, Funspot, The Naswa, and many great restaurants, and pubs! If you are looking for a place to stay that is in the center/heart of all the things we love about the Lakes Region, this is it! Perfectly situated with a private beach, near Bank of NH Pavilion and Weirs Beach, this location is everything you hoped for. 1 bedroom condo with pull out couch sleeps 4 comfortably. A 10 minute ride to bank of pavilion, grocery stores, fun spot, Hi Octane. Clean, full kitchen, sleeps 6, Just park your car/bike and enjoy all the comforts of home. Complimentary coffee/ tea bar. 2 Condos combined, 1 one with queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds, other side with Queen Murphy bed and double reclining sofa. Each condo has a Full Bath with Shower! Fridge on each side, small kitchenette on bunk side and laundry on the other. Very large private wrap around deck with seating area and grill on side of end unit. Views from deck overlooking pool and Paugus Bay. Watch the boats and fireworks from your own deck! Private Beach access right across the street!

Beautiful and New 2br/2ba condo - walk to Weirs

Beautiful and cozy condo located within walking distance to Weirs Beach, delicious local restaurants, entertainment, and more. Condo sleeps 6 comfortably! New high-speed internet installed in November 2022! Facility has beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains with many amenities including a pool, grill, playground, and tennis courts. Minutes from both Gunstock Resort and Bank of NH Pavilion. Great to stay at for skiing, family, and vacation trips!

Downtown Wolfeboro condo on Winnipesaukee w/Dock!

It's one thing to be right downtown in beautiful Wolfeboro, but add being right on the water w/your own porch, as you look over Wolfeboro Bay. Always something beautiful in front of you. This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.
