Located just 20 minutes from Fredericksburg and Johnson City it makes a great headquarters for exploring Texas wine country. Interior decor is understated but inspired. This cozy guesthouse also comes with a great outdoor area that includes a fire pit, charcoal bbq grill plus also a sitting area. Estefana's Guest House is located in a quiet neighborhood just 7 miles (out of town) from Main Street where the shopping district, museums, galleries, and tasting rooms are. Owner lives on the property.

Our place is perfect for couples. Guest house can sleep up to 3 people with an extra charge for 3rd guest after the first 2 guest. There is a sofa for 3rd person (does not turn into bed).
