Vakantiewoningen met buitenterras in Gilze en Rijen

Malgré un manque de réponses aux messages envoyés avant l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueilli. L’hôte nous a fait une visite guidée claire et nous a renseignée sur les évènements des alentours. Nous soulignons également une flexibilité concernant l’heure de départ. Le logement est juste parfait, paisible, joli et super propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire à disposition. Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans laquelle nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Logement tout à fait conforme à la description et impeccable. Il manque quelques ustensiles pour la cuisine (une passoire pour les pâtes serait la bienvenue), mais nous avons pu cuisiner sans aucun souci. Le chauffage (clim réversible) modulable, donc parfait pour les gens qui ont vite froid ou chaud comme moi!:) La situation du logement (paisible mais pas isolé puisqu'au milieu d'un complexe de golf) nous a beaucoup plu. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter du petit jardin qui avait l'air bien agréable!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt im Eftelhuysje. Gerade für einen Trip nach Efteling ist die Lage der Unterkunft natürlich perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Sonny war unkompliziert, nett und der Zugang zur Unterkunft selbsterklärend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch Dinge wie Öl, Salz und Pfeffer finden sich in der Küche wieder. In der Beschreibung steht allerdings, dass ein Edelstahl Backofen vorhanden ist: In der Wohnung gibt es jedoch nur eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion und ein Induktionskochfeld, womit wir uns aber gut arrangieren konnten. Die Betten und das Bad waren sauber und auch sonst war die Unterkunft sehr schön. Wir haben zu sechst zwei Nächte im Eftelhuysje verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Zeer mooie en schone accomodatie bij vriendelijke host. Bij vragen was er steeds snel contact. Makkelijke parkeergelegenheid vlakbij. Vlotte wisseling van beddengoed en handdoeken wanneer nodig. Het was zeer fijn om hier "thuis" te komen en we komen zeker nog wel eens terug in de toekomst

We kregen een warm ontvangst van Maria en Ad. Huisje was zeer compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook nog handige extra's zoals flesjes water en appelsap. ook fijne tips over wat er in de omgeving te doen was. Zeer fijne ervaring.

Geweldige ervaring gehad bij Gwen en Sjoerd. Alles was zeer netjes en schoon. Woonkamer en slaapkamers waren zelfs ruimer dan gedacht aan de hand van de foto's. Alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn aanwezig. Aanrader!

La maisonnette est pleine de charme, très propres et bien équipée. Au calme, dans le grand jardin de la maison des propriétaires, nos enfants ont adoré les jeux et les animaux. Annemieke est une hôte adorable et prévenante, nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour aux Pays Bas.

We hebben als gezin met jonge kinderen een fijn verblijf gehad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Cindy was zeer behulpzaam en fijn in het contact. Zeker een aanrader!

This house is so convenient to downtown Tilburg and very cozy, as described. It is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and full kitchen. The keyless entry was really convenient and Alessandro and Giulia were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! There are two steep staircases to move between floors that had great lighting and handrails, and they had thought of many other touches to make our stay comfortable. Recommended!

Een leuk en gezellig appartement, perfect voor twee personen. De ligging is ideaal – alles is vlot bereikbaar en toch lekker rustig. Het appartement zelf is netjes en verzorgd, je voelt je er meteen thuis. Gastvrouw Eline was altijd bereikbaar en gaf ons bij aankomst een duidelijke en vriendelijke uitleg over alles wat we moesten weten. Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een zorgeloos verblijf!

Very nice apartment! We had a great stay at Freek's place, especially during the hot summer days, we really enjoyed the spacious and relaxing garden. We recommend Freek to other travelers!

Rob heeft een mooie Airbnb: rustige omgeving, niet ver van het centrum, parkeergelegenheid, zalig bed, gezellig ingericht… Rob is een vriendelijke host die helpt waar nodig! Wij raden deze Airbnb zeker aan!

Stijn was amazingly responsive and very helpful in every way. The flat is small but comfortable with a huge TV! Great bathroom and balcony, and the area is perfect! Highly recommended.

Heel leuk verblijf. Vlotte en vriendelijke ontvangst. Hoewel we buren hadden, heel weinig last van gehad. Heel nette accommodatie. Alles wat we nodig hadden. Rustige ligging en toch winkels dicht genoeg. Perfect voor wat wij nodig hadden met onze hond. Genoeg beloop, en voldoende ver van de straat. We hebben heerlijk gefietst in de omgeving en Breda is een heel gezellige stad.

Roos's place was a great find in the Netherlands! A nice attic-style apartment, tucked away in the lovely Ulvenhout town. The area was quiet and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. The apartment is located 2 mins away from the bus stop so reaching Breda was quite easy. The main shop is also very close by with everything you might need. Roos went out of her way to accommodate our requests and needs and she was an attentive and caring host. The apartment was well equipped with a lot of bonus items to make our stay pleasant. We hope to be back very soon!

Très bel emplacement dans un écrin de nature et logement bien aménagé

Estudio muy bonito con mucha iluminación. Tiene lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia, Frank ha estado atento a solucionar cualquier duda que pudiera surgir.

A great place with amazing hosts who also run the delicious restaurant below. The place really feels like home and is well equipped for the great stay. The location could not be better: everything you need within walking distance. I stay in Breda once or twice a year and definitely will come back!

Prachtige locatie en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Super tevreden.

Petit cocon de tranquillité en plein centre d'un petit village charmant. Ce logement est magnifique autant à l'extérieur avec la terrasse et vue sur le magnifique lac, qu'à l'intérieur. Rien ne manque (serviettes, draps, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser,...) et les prestations sont de qualité (literie confortable, salle de bain XXL avec douche et baignoire, grand salon où il fait bon se poser le soir, cuisine). Nous avons adoré notre long week-end dans ce logement à environ 30 minutes de villes à visiter comme Rotterdam, Utrecht, la Haye. Uniquement à noter : prévoir des boules quies pour la nuit car lorsque le logement au dessus est occupé, nous entendions marcher/courir jusqu'à tard et cela raisonnait dans notre logement.

Words alone cannot express how great of hosts Eefje and Humberto were. They were always available, helpful and understanding as well as extremely kind. There was no other place I would have rather been than with them. Everything was spot on from beginning to end. Smooth and seamless. I will definitely be back in the near future as I would not want to stay any where else. It was my home away from home. I have been bragging about my experience to my close friends and now they want to stay there as well. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would, so here I will give them 10 stars!!
