Two queen beds plus pullout sofa if required.The well known board walk on Bancroft Bay can be a 1 minute stroll down a natural walk way from the studio . Or you can take many tracks to meander and explore the Metung village of specialty shops.For extra beds book The loft opposite .

We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Our cosy 2 Bedroom Shouse on 5 Acres is located just 1.5km to Mansfield town. Located on top of the hill with beautiful views, perfect place to relax and unwind. We welcome most Pets to join you, offering an adjacent secure yard. If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. (Please message me to confirm your animal before booking) We also have a house next door that accomadates 8 people

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.
