Situated one block from Town Square, Rothesay Cottage consists of the front rooms of an original 1870s home, moved from Newbury by steam tractor in 1928. The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

The Spa Cottage offers a small cozy affordable couples retreat nestled in the heart of Hepburn Springs. Not suitable for suitcases. Featuring a deep spa bath (side jet function only) for two, kitchenette and small courtyard. An easy stroll to the iconic cafes, restaurants, boutiques, the famous Palais Theatre and indulgent Hepburn Bathhouse, or just a short 2-3 minute drive to Daylesford. Set on 5 acres of mainly native bushland, our cottage is a real retreat from the urban rat race. The cottage is well equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. We have central hydronic heating but the 2 large open fireplaces are a real feature of the cottage. We are regularly visited by kangaroos, kookaburras and other native wildlife. Fur kids are entirely welcome and we have a secure area with a large kennel if you want to leave them while you explore the delights of Daylesford.

A country escape for nature lovers. Very spacious with large lounge dining room leading out to front deck with spectacular views along with 2nd sitting room with a BBQ deck. Both bedrooms have a king bed and storage. There are 2 bathrooms one up and one down and a second toilet off the laundry downstairs Well equipped kitchen including pizza oven and espresso machine. Your welcome pack consists of home made pizza and fudge. Fire place available from 1st May to 30th September.
