Apartment in Ladunia residence a quiet place with free tennis courts (upon reservation), sun deck and access to the sea completed, bar during the Summer season, guardian and service center open all the year. 70 sqm apartment entirely renovated in June 2020. La tua casa con vista sulla Baia di Cala di Volpe e le isole di Mortorio e Tavolara, nella zona più esclusiva della Sardegna, a 5 minuti di auto da Porto Cervo! A due minuti a piedi si trovano diversi supermercati, bar, pasticcerie, farmacia, banca, tabaccheria, giornalaio, lavanderia, parrucchiere, ogni servizio! A 4/5 minuti di macchina le famose spiagge di Liscia Ruja, Romazzino, Capriccioli, Pevero. Nella zona sono presenti moltissimi locali alla moda e ristoranti (anche walking distance).

La casa è dotata di aria condizionata, lavatrice, parcheggio privato coperto. L'appartamento si trova al secondo e ultimo piano di una piccola palazzina di sole 6 unità. 'Casa Fil' is a Comfortable apartment within the Residence Petralana for 4 guests (50 m2 on the first floor, 14 m2 in the mezzanine), 1 km away from Porto Rotondo downtown, completely renovated in July 2022. Equipped with private parking space, wifi, full kitchen, quiet pool area (CLOSED FOR SUMMER SEASON 2024 but usually open from June 15th to September 15th), and well-kept green area. A second bedroom in open mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room. Six beds available.
