Havsnära boende nära Marstrand

Vi erbjuder vårt fräscha gästhus med sovloft (ej ståhöjd). Storstuga/allrum med bäddsoffa och matplats för sex personer. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och kaklat badrum med tvätt/torkmaskin. Frukostbricka kan erbjudas. Vi har 4 st cyklar att låna. Här finns närhet till Lycke golfklubb, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta med turridning för Islandshästar. Naturreservat, bad och fiske. Skärgården runt området är perfekt för att paddla kanot och kajak. Marstrand endast 15 min med bil och 35 min till Göteborg.

Spacious small house near the beach and the city

Small villa of 65 sqm on the return street with its own parking place, corner land to nature and terrace south facing with barbecue, accessible wood-fired independent sauna plus separate gym with porch. Walking distance to the beaches in the area for sunbathing and swimming and with good communication to the city of Gothenburg. A 4 minute walk to the bus stop with direct bus to City of Gothenburg takes about 25 minutes and by car 20, close to all shops and restaurants in Torslanda Amhult center

Eget hus i Örgryte. Göteborgs bästa läge!

Attefallshus på ca 30 kvm inklusive loft. Fullutrustat kök med diskmaskin, kyl & frys, micro, ugn, kaffebryggare etc. Luftvärmepump med värme/kyla Wi-fi 100/100 mbit. Smart-TV, Apple-TV samt SONOS. Helkaklat badrum med golvvärme, dusch, kombinerad tvätt/tork. 160 cm säng på loft, bäddsoffa 120 cm. Bord + stolar. Smartlås med kod för öppna/stänga Det tar ca 10-15 minuter att ta sig till Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium eller Liseberg. Till Liseberg är det exakt 1000 meter promenadvägen.

Perfect house for your holidays!

This is your home away from home! You will find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The house is located in a family friendly area with playgrounds all around, easy access to popular swimming spots, small forest around for you to enjoy some greenery. Bus stop few meters away to reach the city center or Lieseberg! Shopping center Frölunda Torg is 2km away. The house is newly renovated and has everything you need to enjoy and relax during your stay!

Gästhus vid havet och badplats

Här kan du njuta av en fantastisk skärgårdsmiljö med klippor och hav inpå knuten. Du har tillgång till en härlig badplats 150 m från huset med brygga, hopptorn, gungor, klippor och sandstrand. Huset är nyligen helrenoverat med alla bekvämligheter och perfekt för upp till fyra personer. Egen altan i västerläge. Göteborg nås på 15-20 min med bil, parkering finns vid huset. Det är också nära till de mysiga öarna i Göteborgs norra skärgård.

Modern archipelago home with unlimited ocean view

Welcome to peaceful Fotö island, the most southern permanently inhabited island in the northern Gothenburg archipelago. The house was renovated to modern all-year around standard a few years ago. It is located on the islands’ southern part overviewing the southwestern harbour. Unobscured ocean view from the southeast to the west with Vinga lighthouse as neighbour in the southwest. The place is used by the owner family as holiday home,

Huset på höjden

Vi har precis byggt ut och renoverat stora delar av vår villa till ett stort, modernt och mysigt hem. Från vardagsrummet och köket är utsikten hänförande. På altanen finns spaavdelningen med spabad, bastu, kallvattentunna och utomhusdusch. Tomten gränsar mot skogen där det finns en lekplats med linbana, gunga, klätterrep, mm. Det är 10 minuters promenad till havet med en härlig sandstrand, lekplats och glasscafé.

Barnvänligt kedjehus nära havet

Härligt kedjehus (gavel) i lugnt och barnvänligt område. Närmaste badplats, Rörvik, ligger på 10 min promenadavstånd med närhet till många fler badvikar som Nästebadet, Smithska udden, Möttvik och Ganletbadet. Det finns matbutik, minigolf, lekplats & pizzeria i området. Centrala Göteborg kan nås med buss på ca 25 min (10 km). Landvetter flygplats m bil ca 30 min (24 km).

Halsvik Styrsoe / Styrsö

Very nice and old house with good sunny position and peaceful area, just a stone's throw from the bay. Close to stunning nature trails and a magnificent rocky landscape. There are plenty of picturesque bays and bathing cliffs for those who want to swim and sunbathe for themselves. As a guest you will have the hole house for yourself. Minimum stay two nights.

Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No parties)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Hus i närheten av stad och skog

Charmig villa i lugnt område, perfekt för familjer! Härligt vardagsrum, modernt kök och fyra sovrum. Mysig trädgård med stor studsmatta och nära skog för lek och äventyr. Trots fridfullt läge är stadens bekvämligheter nära. Snabba kommunikationer till centrala Göteborg. Välkommen!
