Honey Bee Lodge at Goughs Bay

Head up to the High Country and relax! This 4-bedroom property is all yours. Situated in Gough's Bay, about 17kms from the picturesque town of Mansfield and only 35kms from the ski slopes of Mt Buller. With 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests, this large property is perfect for large families to kick back and relax. Kids will love the trampoline and sand pit - complete with rock climbing wall and slides. Adults will love the wrap around balcony with lake views and large lower sun deck for dining.

The Lake House at Gough's

This spacious family home with a lovely view of Lake Eildon is just a short walk to the water and the general store. Enjoy sunsets from the expansive deck, visits from the friendly parrots and kangaroos, stargazing by the fire pit at night and morning kayak adventures on the lake. BYO boat and launch it at the boat ramp just minutes from the house. In the cooler months a cozy wood fire upstairs makes it the perfect place to relax after a days skiing on nearby Mt Buller, just 50 minutes away.

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

Located a short stroll from the Main Street of Mansfield, Historic Anstee Cottage was one of the first homes built in Mansfield circa 1885. It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set in a english cottage garden with roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A house has been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.

Forest Way Farm Tiny House

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
