Went for a golf trip with two friends so we all got a bedroom each. Located within walking distance of town which eliminated the need to drive to venues at night. Will be booking again!

Thanks Tanja, for a comfortable and pleasant stay at your beautiful house. We had everything we needed and more! The house is well located, so we were able to walk easily (10 mins) to the main street for the great cafes and restaurants in Rutherglen.

We had a great stay at Naveens place. Incredibly spacious and clean and perfect to stay with family. The house was better in person and had a lot of amenities available. Naveen had great communication. Would stay again!

Nice little modern house. Set on a hill with nice views. Everything we needed. Shame about the dry paddock and dusty Rd. Loved the fire pit and big outdoor deck. Beds comfortable.

We had a terrific weekend at Villa Costa Lotta. The wonderfully designed and thoughtfully appointed house sits on a large block with lots of spots to relax and unwind. Great communication, lots of thoughtful and useful touches. Couldn’t recommend more.

My husband and I with our 8 year old son have just completed a stay at Leah's beautiful cottage. The property is amazing and so serene. We were able to feed the wonderful Saffy and Toby (ponies) and to meet Groucho and Alan (Alpacas). The cottage has everything you could need or want and Leah is a fantastic host always available to answer questions and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. We would absolutely stay in thos cottage again. 😀

Stunning home well set up for family or group gatherings all year round. Plenty of space both indoors and out and spectacular views of nearby hills.Particularly well suited for planned Flowerdale Estate functions. Lisa is very responsive and helpful. Very happy to have stayed at Polo!

Lovely house, peaceful location, visits from lots of different birds. Everything you could need for a family stay, we will likely be back sometime.

Amazing location! View was unreal! Perfect space for what my partner and I needed. We had flown in from overseas early hours of the morning, our luggage was lost and we were exhausted. Trong kindly allowed us to check in early and we greatly appreciated it! Would 100% stay again and recommend this awesome spot to family and friends!

Our second stay with Jane, both properties we stayed at were perfect and cosy. Very friendly. The location is amazing, close to the river walk, plenty of restaurants, and bars - we had a lovely time away

The apartment was beautifully appointed with all that you need for a short stay in Melbourne. Siobhan was super responsive and facilitated a slightly earlier check in for our family. Would have no hesitation in staying again for future visits to Melbourne.

Absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Claire was such a lovely and accommodating host that was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb itself was incredibly cute and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout and all the amenities we could have asked for including, milk, wine, and some snacks. The location was also perfect — right next to Southern Cross Station, which made getting around the CBD a breeze. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne.

If you're looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Melbourne, look no further. The apartment was spotles and comfortable with plenty of charm, just like the building itself. We enjoyed discovering its history and enjoyed the special setting. All amenities (both in the apartment and the building) were listed in advance, so we could prepare for our stay accordingly. We also loved how accessible the location was and within walking distance of so many fantastic spots and shops, alongside the tramline itself. Kate is the best host anyone could wish for, as she was very attentive from the minute our booking was confirmed. She always responded to our messages promptly and provided us with plenty of useful information and recommendations, in addition to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend Kate and her charming apartment more!

Easy to access, close to CBD and various venues including free trams. Pleasant views and peacefull atmosphere. Ample room for short or longer stays.

The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3-bedroom apartment. The view of the Melbourne city skyline through the big corner windows was amazing. The space had a calm and stylish feel with a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian design. We especially loved the hidden balcony off one of the bedrooms—perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The location was great, just across from Queen Victoria Market and in the free tram zone, so it was easy to get around. The owner made the whole process extremely easy, and check-in was simple with the keys just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the building’s great facilities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and secure parking. It really felt like a home away from home. Would happily stay again!
