A dog friendly escape in the Carmarthenshire hills

Set between the Brecon Beacons and the Gower Coast, with 10 acres of meadow bordered by a small river The Annexe offers the perfect getaway for dog owners and nature lovers alike. We have a huge variety of wild flowers and bird life and our dark skies offer perfect opportunities for star gazing. We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

Treathro Farm - Rural, sea views, woodburner

We are a working farm situated in a wonderful part of the Pembrokeshire National Park right on the coast. If you crave peace and quiet listening to the birds or the cows gently mooing come and stay with us! The Dairy is situated on our farmyard close to the main farmhouse with outstanding views of farmland and the coast from the large glass patio doors which lead onto the small private enclosed garden. There is direct access to the coastal path via our private farm track (a 10 minute walk).

Dandelion Cottage, Amroth, Pembrokeshire

Tucked away in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park we have a very cosy, spacious stone cottage on our working smallholding. Adjacent to National Trust woodland and within easy walking distance to Colby Woodland Gardens and Amroth with its fabulous beach, village pubs, cafes and shop the cottage is perfect for beach goers, nature lovers and walkers. We welcome dogs but PLEASE let us know if you are intending to bring your dog with you. We also have a larger holiday cottage Sweet Pea Cottage.

Hen Stabl (meaning "Old Stable" in Welsh) is a private cottage in the quiet countryside of North Pembrokeshire with its own picturesque gardens, large cedar hot tub, and balcony overlooking the stunning countryside Secluded location with no passing traffic. The cottage is part of a 9-acre ex dairy farm. We live in the 200 year old Farm House next door. Excellent base for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast with some of Britain’s best beaches.

Honeysuckle Cottage is a modern barn conversion which is light, airy and beautifully decorated. Situated above Pwll Du bay on the Gower Peninsula it retains some of the original features of the old barn which have been tastefully combined with fresh decor and bespoke furniture to create a welcoming retreat in one of the most enchanting corners of Gower. Can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children. Not 4 adults sorry. This cabin is right on the Gower coastal path so you can be as active or as laid back as you like. Watch the sunset and sunrise, loose yourself under the night stars as you star gaze until your hearts content. Award winning beaches just five mins drive away or if you like to walk let your feet take you there. Fantastic local pubs and restaurants.
