Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Pred kućicom se nalazi malo jezero prepuno života i veliki maslinik. Iza kućice raste mala borova šuma. Gostima je na raspolaganju 2000 m2 okućnice. Kućica se nalazi van sela, od mora je udaljena oko 1km (2 min. automobilom). Market je udaljen oko 1,5km. Grad Krk i Malinska 14 km, trajektno pristanište Valbiska 6,3 km.
