This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Prekrasna, potpuno opremljena i moderno uredena kuca za odmor sa privatnim bazenom nalazi se u mjestu Brzac(Glavotok). Raspolaze sa 3 spavace sobe, 2 kupaone i 1 toaletom. Svaka kuca ima svoj zaseban natkriven i ogradeni parking 2 terase i balkonom. Plaza se nalazi na 800 m od kuce, trgovina na 900 m bas kao i dvije konobe sa tradiocionalnim domacim jelima. Na 1000 metara se nalazi i kamp Glavotok koji ima puno sadrzaja, od rentanja kajaka, bicikla, skutera, odbojka, skola ronjena, igraliste..

House Ursa with heated pool, 700m from beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Quiet accommodation for a relaxed family holiday. It offers a swimming pool (waterfall for massage), all rooms are air-conditioned, large garden with a barbecue area, trampoline, table tennis, panoramic sea views, free large parking (possible with one or more motorhomes), the beach is within walking distance. Very quiet, cozy and picturesque place, which borders on a forest and an olive orchard. The interior layout of each villa is very functional and suitable for 10 people.

Latest video on YOUTUBE (key in "Adriatic villa in Croatia". Fresh garden is at your disposal to eat fresh veggies every day and plenty of figs during August. Quiet hours from 23h to 7h. NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
