My family and I were blessed to find this place! It felt like home away from home, was so cozy, and the surroundings are beautiful even with it being so cold and nothing in bloom yet. The fire pit was the perfect size and awesome to enjoy with Michigan doing what it does best. It was the perfect place to have a quick and much needed get away.

What a great place to stay for a weekend getaway with friends! Very roomy, hot tub was great, kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Everything in the place was very high quality!!

This AirBnb was great for a group of my friends! It's quiet and peaceful and in beautiful woods. The place was exactly as described and we left extremely happy. Thank you for a great stay!

This log cabin was perfect for our group of 12, offering ample space both indoors and out. The basement was a fantastic hangout spot, and the expansive backyard provided plenty of room for activities. Being right on the golf course was a definite plus, and the indoor hot tub just off the back porch was a relaxing treat. We especially appreciated the multiple outdoor seating areas and the convenience of the large driveway and welcoming front porch.

Visited for a Bachelorette Weekend. Property is super cute and checks all boxes. Plenty of parking, towels, clean beds, extra beds, fire pit and hot tub. The weather wasn't great so we couldn't experience all of the outdoor amenities but still had a great time indoors. Very close to Cranes, Fenn Valley Winery and Virtue Cider. If we all didn't already book with hotels for the wedding, we would have loved to book here.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It’s a peaceful and relaxing location, perfect for a family retreat. The interior was beautiful, with stylish furniture, and everything we needed was provided. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The host was fantastic, professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. Although the weather didn’t allow us to use the kayaks and bikes, the host quickly provided them, along with an air pump when requested. Truly a great experience with a wonderful host!

Our stay at Frank's place could not have been more comfortable or relaxing. The inside was super clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for the week. We liked the spacious, open living/dining/kitchen area, nice furniture, and comfortable beds. But we especially enjoyed the large front deck, huge umbrella that kept us shaded, pocket views of the lake, grill/griddle combo, outdoor shower, and having the pickleball courts a short walk away. Frank is a super friendly and very responsive host. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, which we did! We look for to renting from him again next year for 2 weeks! Thanks for everything, Frank!

This place completely exceeded our expectations!! So many thoughtful details and just an overall beautiful place to stay. Perfect spot to get away to and be able to relax the whole time. Will for sure be returning next year for another stay!

Absolutely gorgeous! If you need a peaceful sanctuary in the woods, this is the place to go. The cabin is perfect and cozy with enough space it didn't feel cramped with 2 people and our medium sized pup. The large window was great for bird watching! The cabin is about a 6 minute drive into town and Cynthia has great suggestions on where to go!

The place itself was nice and updated providing us with everything we needed. We loved that it was so close to everything. And it was a bonus to have the pickleball court, firepit, and hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was extremely clean, and super cute. The property is charming! Having no Internet was tough with 3 kids! But it forced us to be in the moment and actually talk to one another. On our first night there as we were unpacking the car, a porcupine walked into the yard. The kids were so excited to see one in person. They are still talking about it. I would absolutely stay here again.

The cabin is nestled on a little slice of heaven in a private, forest setting. A ‘deer-family’ visited us frequently. Ample amenities. We didn’t realize that the ‘unattached-second bedroom/sitting room’ was ours to use until later in the trip because we didn’t realize what the unmarked ‘extra key’ opened. The cabin is small, but for two adults and a dog, it was quaint, cozy, clean, and adequate. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinners everyday. The dog and the evening storms kept us in at night. The roads were easy to navigate and we spent a lot of time playing in South Haven, Saugatuck, and Fennville. The lakeshore overlook was a bit scary with a dramatic and steep drop-off so if you had young children or a rambunctious dog (oh wait?! That was ME!), be forewarned. Otherwise, the view was outstanding. We really enjoyed our time and hopefully someday our paths will cross again.

Staying at the kal-haven outpost cabins was everything I hoped it would be! We came up for my birthday weekend and it was wonderful; everything from the peacefulness of the campsite, to the delicious, free coffee and chats in the morning, to the bikeable trail right next to the campsite into town (we rented bikes from the outpost), dog friendly-cabins/campsite, to helpful staff (thanks Heather and Robert!), clean communal bathrooms and showers, and flexibility with check-in and check-out, I couldn't have asked for a better long weekend. Thanks so much; we'll be back!

I can’t say enough about how sweet Jenna’s place was!! I was shocked by how big the yard was and private! The views are amazing from every room in the cabin and it was all around so cozy. This place is a slice of heaven!

Absolutely loved this place! Was a perfect getaway for the night of my wedding. We have family in Vicksburg, and will definitely suggest this place for company visiting from out of town!

Smooth Sailing was a perfect little cabin. It was clean and comfortable and simply decorated. It is one of 4 cabins on an ample lot right on Silver Lake with access to the water and a small dock. Sunsets over the lake were incredible. The location is central to Silver Lake Dunes, Mears, Hart, and Pentwater. We spent our time taking a dune ride with Mac Woods, laying on the beach in Pentwater, eating seafood at Gull Landing, sipping wine at Fox Barn and playing minigolf right down the street. This particular cabin does not have a view of the lake, but the other 3 do and it was only a short walk to the other end of the property where we enjoyed sipping wine by the dock and watching the sunset over the lake and dunes. Our host was incredibly responsive and check in/out was painless and easy!

Excellent place and hosts! Beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet and proximity to two smaller city centers.

This is a GREAT place to stay. So well taken care of, very clean with all the “things” you need for your stay. Brian the host is very good to work with and accommodating.

The cottage was fitting for our two families. There was ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. We had fun with the games provided.

We stayed at The Plant House, which is in the middle of everything on the property, but private enough. We enjoyed the beautiful private lake on the property and the wooded area to walk around. We swam there with our daughter several times, and paddled around, and the property itself has a lot of things to do like basketball, volleyball, and tennis. The horses are friendly if you bring them an apple. It's only 25 minutes away from most things so we took adventures to see local shops, get ice cream, and visit Lake Michgan.

I wanted to disconnect for a few days with my mom and aunt and Justin's place fit the bill perfectly. Dog-friendly, I was able to bring my pup, too. We spent so much time just relaxing at his magical haven bc it was so comfortable, cozy and perfect. The views of the Kalamazoo River were our favorite part. Listening to the wildlife with our coffee was so peaceful and such a wonderful way to start the day. The cabin is so beautiful and has a touch of mid-century flair. We were in heaven and I would love to go back soon! Thank you for such a perfect stay Justin and family! We adored it.

It’s hard to put into words how much we loved this cabin—it truly felt like a little latibule in the woods. Phil & Casey made it feel like home, so much so that we extended our stay just to hold onto the peace a little longer. The space was spotless, serene, and so thoughtfully designed, with the kindest, most responsive hosts we’ve ever met. While there is great wifi and TV - we completely unplugged from tech. We read in the sunroom, painted in the gazebo, ate pancakes as deer wandered by, and sat around the fire pit feeling lucky to be there. We woke up every morning with the sun shining through the generous amount of windows as the birds sang. And, the short walk to the private beach was such a treat. The town and nearby Saugatuck were full of warmth and kind people. We wish we were still there. Our stay there healed us. You can feel the love they have poured into every inch - and we’re so grateful it exists. We hope your stay is just as gentle, peaceful, and full of quiet magic.
