We are 1 km from Legends on the Niagara Golf Course,2 km to the Niagara Parkway Recreational Trail.where you can bike,picnic,walk on the trail.Our 1400 sqft loft has 2 bedrooms,. 4 beds, brand new 3/4 size mattress, all bedding and towels will be supplied.., 1 bathroom with shower, towels will be supplied., full kitchen ,fridge and stove,microwave, ,toaster,coffeemaker,dishes,silverware,glasses etc. TV.. No air condition.We are only minutes from local grocery store,LCBO,,restaurants ..The property has 2 natural ponds,a forest,bonfire pit....If you are a group of ladies/men golfers or a family looking for a Unique vacation we have the place.. this is a new listing we will be uploading pictures soon..you can e-mail us for any information . Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Apartment is in the Columbus district, safe, fun and centrally located area of downtown Buffalo, close walking distance to restaurants, bar, theaters, canal side. Parking available, Easy access to I190 and route 33 expressways. In minutes you are out of the city. My place offers a bedroom for one guest or a couple and a sofa-bed in L R ( pls specify if needed ) TV in living room and guest's room with access to Netflix and Amazon. kitchen space includes dish washer, coffee maker, toaster etc.

We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.
